Hi!! I’m looking for a room / people to look for a house/flat with!

I am going to be working in Karrinyup (full time contract) so ideally somewhere in North Perth area (Scarborough, Innaloo, Trigg) but tbh happy to travel a bit further and live in a different area!
A bit about me:
24 from Brighton UK, been in Aus since December but very fresh to Perth!
I would prefer a more sociable and friendly house where we can have cute nights in and a chat but I do always appreciate my down time too!
As a housemate I am very respectful and tidy, offer excellent advice and would give myself an 8/10 for my cheffing and cocktail making skills.
