I'm looking for a more long term stay. I am unemployed and will be due to health factors. I'm reliable for paying rent on time and have references to prove.
My ideal accommodation would be a granny flat or self contained unit with level access or only a few stairs as I have mobility issues. I'm hoping to find something close to Hoppers Crossing station or Williams Landing or Werribee but am open to other ideas possibly but I don't have a car and can't walk far. I am open to sharing with perhaps one or two others but I have one cat that I will not give up.
My budget is probably $300 a week maximum bills included or at least some bills included . I'm single mature aged non smoker.
