Hi! I’m Clothilde, 37, from France, and I’ve been in Australia for 3 years.

I’ve been living in Melbourne for about a month in the CBD, but would prefer to live a little outside the city.

Looking for a long-term place (at least one year) close to the beach.

Friendly, clean and respectful, I enjoy calm vibes at home – cooking simple meals, chatting over tea, watching series and having some downtime. Social but not a party person, and definitely appreciate a peaceful home environment.

Animal lover (except spiders haha 🕷️🙈) and easy to get along with people from different ages and backgrounds. Always pay rent on time, keep shared spaces tidy and communicate openly.

Ideally looking for somewhere within 30–40 minutes of the CBD by public transport, close to the beach, with easy-going, kind and relaxed housemates.
