I'm a quiet semi retired single guy, luv a chat(movie/music buff) and my quiet space/time too

I'm an "emotional support human" for my 4yo doggo :) ...he's with me 24/7/365 so will not need yr assistance at all but he'll win your heart in about 6.8secs :) (He sleeps with me)
I work part time as a Registered Rooming House Manager (scout rooms for homeless) and so can show you current Police and WWC checks.
I've recently shared with two women and a chap (pls call them) for 2 years and am now building my own place.
I'm a bit odd in that I don't smoke, drink or drug ...in fact I jog most mornings AT 6AM! What's wrong with me??
A couple of years ago I applied for a room in a chaps house and I volunteered a chemist bought saliva drug test ...happy to do it again, no problem :)
I paint(a bit) and play guitar(quietly in my room, no more than TV volume)
I must be competing for the world record for spoiling a dog ...trust me, you'll gag when you see what I love doing for him haha (no kids of my own you see... haha)
I only have a few friends but while I'm sharing I will mostly catchup at their place rather than at mine.

I drive a neat small car ...off street parking preferred but not necessary.
