G'day there :)
I'm a quiet semi retired single guy, luv a chat(movie/music buff) and my quiet space/time too
Am an OK cook ...happy to share or look after myself
I'm an "emotional support human" for my 4yo doggo :) ...he's with me 24/7/365 so will not need yr assistance at all but he'll win your heart in about 6.8secs :)
I work part time remotely as a Registered Rooming House Manager (scout rooms for homeless) and so have current Police and WWC checks.
I've recently shared with two women and a chap (welcome to call them) for 2 years and am now building my own place.
I'm a bit odd in that I don't smoke, drink or drug ...in fact I jog most mornings AT 6AM! (quiet as a mouse)
I'm comfortable not dating so little chance of a girlfriend staying over(sadly haha)
A couple of years ago when I applied for a room in above chap's house, I volunteered a chemist bought saliva drug test ...happy to do that again, no problem :)
I paint(in throws of starting small biz) and play guitar(quietly in my room, less than TV volume)
I must be competing for the world record for spoiling a dog haha
I have a few friends but while I'm sharing I'm happy to catchup somewhere or at their place rather than at your house.
Plenty of references(managers, housemates, friends)
I drive a small car ...off street parking preferred but not necessary.
