Looking for a Granny Flat, Studio apartment or a private bedroom to rent for myself. Approx 450 pw. And in the areas of Wynnum, Manly, Tingalpa and anywhere close to Port of Brisbane. Im a Scaffolder.

I could go on and on but til we chat, it's all words on screen and you'll know that I'm perfect for your rental once we have spoken. I owned my own homes back in Wagga Wagga and would treat anyones property as my own. I keep my home clean, tidy and organised. I do not like clutter and unnecessary stuff. I may be a minimalist if it's needing a title. 😆 🤣

Currently iam renting a room in Wynnum. The add for the room was on Facebook. I regrettably went down that path as i needed accommodation to rent and i was moving from NSW. It has turned out to be ..... not ideal for me as the gentleman is a chronic drinker.
I do not feel at ease and id like to secure a calm, peaceful and respectful rental environment ASAP.
Before end of May would be excellent.
