Hi there. My name is Stephanie looking to move in with someone to share the rent on the sunny coast.
I am a middle aged woman, single, I live a very quiet and simplistic lifestyle, love to be near the ocean, enjoy my walks, swimming, sun, markets, gardening, good food & cooking.

I am Semi retired also doing some studies and anticipating a new part time job in the future or once a place is secured for living .

I am a very easy going person to live with, clean, responsible, helpful & am extremely respectful & considerate of others I live with. This is important to me as I regard my home as my haven & my priority.

I am independent, have a car, enjoy my own time & space and believe in respecting this in a fellow housemate. In saying this I am not anti social and am happy to share the occasional vino or some good food & a chat.

I hope to find either a flat/granny flat/ or somebody who lives independently, mature with respect and trusting values.
I am not a partying person, would much prefer a nice meal at a nice restaurant instead, with a comfortable home setting to come home to.

I have previously had a share house opportunity through flatmates which has been successful and ongoing for 3years.
