Hi, I'm Paul, 27, currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Curtin University. I study full-time and also work part-time, so I have a busy but well-structured routine. During the day I usually attend university, go to the gym, and spend time studying. In my free time I enjoy socialising occasionally and discovering new places around Perth, but I mostly keep a quiet and balanced lifestyle.

I consider myself a very clean, respectful and organised person. I like to keep common areas tidy, follow house rules, and live in a calm and friendly environment. I’m focused on my studies and work, so I’m responsible with rent payments and household duties. I don’t smoke, I’m polite, and I’m easy to live with.

I’m looking for a comfortable, clean place where everyone respects each other’s space and maintains a positive atmosphere at home.
