Hi everyone! I’m Alicia, a 33-year-old full-time support worker originally from the UK, looking for a room NOR.
Ideally, I'm looking to base myself in the Doubleview, Scarbs, Innaloo, Karrinyup, or Wembley Downs/Floreat area to stay close to the beach.

A bit about me: I work regular hours and love spending my days off by the coast snorkeling, swimming, or heading off camping to explore WA. I’m a very tidy, quiet, non-smoking housemate who always keeps shared spaces organised. While I completely respect everyone’s space and privacy, I’d love to find a home with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where we can unwind and watch a good movie or reality TV series together after a shift.

What I'm looking for:
* Private room (Ideally furnished and with AC)
* Own bathroom / Ensuite
* Off-street or garage parking for my car
* Max budget: $400/week including bills (or less if bills are separate)
