I’m 27, originally from Manchester (United fan, unfortunately) and work full-time in white-collar construction recruitment.

I’ve been in Australia for 2 years, having spent a year in Cairns and the last year in Perth. Looking for a place with walking access to the train lines into the CBD (ideally along the Yanchep line).

I am also renting a property of my own in Mount Hawthorn near Glendalough station ($750/week), which is available for another person to move into and we can split the rent & bills.

Preferably other clean, full-time professionals to share with. I’m happy to stretch my budget a bit for the right place and good housemates.

I like to call my lifestyle "balanced" - Usually out and about, seeing new parts of Perth whether that be places of interest or trails just outside the city, to checking out new food spots / bars with friends or even going away for the weekends.

But when I've had a busy week, I also like the odd quiet weekend in.
