I'm a single female 41+yr old with references who works from home Fri-Tue til 11pm & living a clean minimal lifestyle. I am tidy, quiet, friendly, enjoy my own space as well as socializing/enjoy a chat; getting to know others & am very respectful of others needs & property. Most days before work I’m swimming, working out, meditating, cooking. I don’t have a car and enjoy walking along the beach or public transit everywhere.

I'm looking to move on or after December 2nd until March 11th or until January 22nd (as the owner moves back into my apartment in Broadbeach) into a fully furnished place either on my own or sharing with another likeminded person or teaming up or house sitting that's ideally within walking distance of a Woolworths; near transit stop, that has a swimming pool, kitchen with stovetop, microwave; full size fridge; &; W\D; my own room/own bathroom.
