I'm a 32 year old male looking for some where clean and quiet to live. Don't like to party getting older now. I'm fully qualified in two trades. I do have a few drinks occasionally. And I do smoke occasionally but never on the property unless there is a designated smoking area in the back yard if there is one and there is already another tenant that smokes on the property, I normaly walk around the block, i hate the smell but i still smoke occasionally. Currently working in the ceramics industry. Im trying a new industry to broaden my knowledge, skills, and experience.
