Hello! I am a 28 yr old female from Singapore looking for a female only apartment/flat. I'm starting my PhD at Monash University in Aug and looking for a comfortable place to stay while I complete my research. I have a quiet lifestyle, like to keep shared spaces clean and tidy, and am respectful of house rules. I don't smoke/drink and I'm comfortable around pets. I like to cook, watch anime and go on treks/hikes. I'm looking to move in around 1 Aug and would ideally like to stay for 12months or longer.
