Hey everyone! I'm studying law at Monash in Clayton, and also work part-time. I've got 4 years of rental experience, and have never missed a payment, and have never had any dramas at each of the places I've lived. I'm sometimes pretty busy, but I'm always friendly, clean and chill, and am looking for a decently social or friendly place. Major hobbies are language learning (Italian, Japanese and Malayalam) and travelling (I try and do a day trip whenever I can). Would prefer something between my uni in Clayton and the city, or maybe in the city.
i am a kenyan, know when to mind my own business and also know how to have fun. i am a student and also work at cabrini ashwood.
Clean and quiet. Works full time. Not at home most of the time.
Hi - I'm Glenn. I have a long history working in the helping type fields such as nursing and psychology with multiple undergraduate and post graduate degrees. I am very caring, empathic, considerate and have always been compassionate towards others, regardless of who they are or where they've been. I guess humility, acceptance and openness are some of my key values/traits and although my path is not the same as others, I love to hear about other people's past experiences and their hopes and visions for the future. More recently, I have been focusing on my music composing and looking at how I can use my skills to generate an additional income whilst doing something that I have always loved. Initially, I have created alliances with video game developers to provide background music, but I have always wanted the music I write to be more uplifting than to purely motivate people to slay the purple dragon and find the blessed magic brussel sprout (Clearly with that description, I don't play video games - but hey... that is a great idea for a game yeah??) I'm currently liaising with wedding planners and wedding celebrants to provide personalized music that couples can use as part of their wedding day. Songs that not only express how they feel about each other but promote this love and excitement in others. But, the desire to make people feel special goes much deeper than this. Last year, a friend was suicidal and in a very bad way. She had several admissions to hospital, and some very intense treatment. It was heartbreaking that she was unable to see just how beautiful and special she is and just how much she is love by those around her. I wrote her a song titled "We love you" which tried to remind her of that fact. (You are welcome to listen to it). So, I feel passionate about reminding people when they just cant see it - through music - just how important they really are - I hope I can do that more. I'd love to set up some kind of not for profit organisation where I can write individual, personalized music for people purely to help remind them that they are important. I'm leaning towards the name 'Every Note' because when it comes to music, each note works together to create an overall piece of musical truth and beauty. I think that is just as applicable to people. Every person is inherently important and an integral part of the world. Plus, I think music in its various forms, is so influential on people individually, yet at the same time joins our collective souls. I also LOVE animals - and I have two adorable cats. You don't have to love them - but I could never live with a cat hater. I am their carer, protector, food giver (most importantly) - and they rely on me. Having them is a gift and I don't take that lightly. I need somewhere that they would feel comfortable. I also enjoy doing woodwork as a hobby - although I'm pretty bloody useless at it - but it doesn't seem to have lessened my enthusiasm for some reason. Not sure why that is. I pretty much get on with anyone and seem to be able to find something to talk about. I make a point of making people feel comfortable and welcome without being over the top. I'm probably more mature now and settled and stuff and enjoy more quieter times - but I still tend to get excited over someone saying "Hey.... why don't we....." which usually results in a "*#@^ yeah! That is brilliant" I'm very respectful, considerate, empathic and compassionate, and a great listener. But, I'm also sensitive to other people's needs and respect my own and others personal space. Oh and I also make a point of trying to do volunteer work where I can - that has previously included cleaning out, washing dog yards at the RSPCA, being a welcomer/cuppa person for people attending the Salvation Army who are experiencing difficult times, to try and make them feel at ease, Hon secretary for community support group and I am currently volunteering as Treasurer for a not for profit, community support group. As a bonus I also come with an unlimited supply of lame jokes and am the person to have on your trivia team if the subject "Hits of the 80's"ever comes up. Probably crapped on enough. Cheers Glenn
I'm a healthcare professional looking for accommodation closer to work. I'm easy-going, clean, love a good chat and other housemate bonding activities but also respectful of privacy. Would prefer 6 months with the possibility of a longer stay.

PLEASE READ WHOLE DESCRIPTION BEFORE MESSAGING I've been renting for about a year now, and my time at my current home is coming to a close. Looking for a new home in the east/south east. I am a casual stocktaker with a reliable income, and I work at various times on different days. I don't drive or own a car so I would prefer to be close to public transport. I clean up after myself, am careful in my usage of home utilities and respect others' privacy and personal space, so I hope to expect the same from those I share with. I'm pretty quiet but happy to socialise, and I'm open to house events and the like. In my free time, I tend to keep to myself as I'm a bit of an introvert. I like to play games, read, watch movies and learn things to cook. I don't often drink or go out, but I don't care if anyone else does. I'm also non-vegan (don't mind if you are), non-smoker and am happy with LGBT+. I'd prefer to live with other non-smokers, and people who aren't fussed about my sexuality. My boyfriend sometimes comes over for a visit, or to stay the night, and other nights I stay at his place (we work together so it depends). He is 21, quiet and respectful. We mostly keep to ourselves, playing games and watching stuff on my computer. If there is anything you need to know, please feel free to message me. :)
hi I'm Skyler I am a 23 years old Chinese girl who study in Rmit in master of IT. I have a positive attitude to life and easy to be impressed, love trying new things and make new friends. I'm also clean, tidy and quiet. I have shared with others in one room (4 ppl)for 4 years in my university, my roommates all became my close friends. I have traveled alone around China, so I am pretty independent. I also have been to Europe through couch surfing and host some couch surfers from all over the world in my house in China, I am really open minded and respectful. I've been sharing for a house with an old lady in the past 5 months, we had great time together. I have to go back to China for Chinese new year. Hopefully there are someone who rent their room around 21st February 2017. My interests are video games, traveling, painting, music, fitness, cooking, self-improving, and anything interesting. It would be great to team up with a nice roommate who has some same interests :D
I am doing a PhD at Monash University on how brain is developed and function. When I am not in the lab, I go for hike, play soccer, watch movies and TV series. I like to keep my environmet clean and that is what I'd expect from my future flatmates. I moved to Australia from Turkey 9 months ago and I have been living alone in a studio apartment in Prahran since then. Actually I enjoy that but it is soooo quiet and getting boring. I gotta admit that I missed hanging out with flatmates. Also I want to get closer to the university which is in Clayton.
I am neat and have healthy habits. I also tend to live a quiet lifestyle to focus on my studies. And I am an international student at the Monash University and work part time. I am looking for a place for the next 7 months.
Hi! I'm Kevin, Indonesian student soon enrolling in Monash Uni in February, I'm looking for rooms around Clayton, budget is around (preferably below) $200 bills included. I'm pretty chill, friendly and easy going, I get along well with almost anyone, I'm also a neat, organised and respectful person. The things I like doing include cycling, swimming and travelling. I am also interested in photography, anything associated with automotive and aviation, and most of all, food! I also like listening to music and watching movies as well as occasionally going to social events. I'm also quite familiar with daily chores, so I think I'd make a good housemate :)
Im an outgoing and friendly person. I work full time as a professional worker and Stydy. I am looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy like me and who is easy to get along with. I enjoy my privacy and i respect other peoples privacy very much. I am looking to move in with someone as soon as possible and would prefer moving in with a female as I have found in my experience that females care more about the cleanliness of the house than males.
Hi, my name is Jan, I am from Germany and I want to do a semester at the Monash University (mechanical engineering) in the first semester 2017. I would love to share a house with some other students to have a great time together.
I'm a great cook and a musician too. I'm a Middle Eastern bred Indian and moved here to Australia about 4 years ago. I'm a media specialist by trade and work at the Clayton Maccas which just pays my bills till I get something stable in my field. I'm hoping to find something around Clayton/slightly-Monash side since I'm joining Monash in Jan too. Am outside smoker and a neat and clean guy as well!
Hi, I'm Clarissa from Indonesia, and I am going to attend Monash Uni (Clayton) in Feb 2017, studying Bachelor of Science. I am interested in making new friends, and I love attending music or other concerts. I like to keep my room tidy and clean as possible
My mum and I are looking for a share house or unit/Townhouse. Urgent. We are friendly and very clean people and mind our own business. We have lived in share house before and got along very well with our flatmates. Preferable looking for a unit that is somehow close to train station for the time being.
I'm friendly and enjoy to socialise with my house mates but also respect their space. I love to explore new cultures and try new foods, new places and meet new people. I also am a clean as I go kind of person so there would be no issue with keeping my share of cleaning. I've had my own house before so understand the responsibility of what a house takes to make a home and would love to be an addition to a great, bubbly and happy house!
I'm easy going, respectful and mindful of others, honest, responsible, i love animals ( I have a 11month old bengal kitten called saphira), love a good laugh and im allways looking on the bright side of life. I usually keep to myself, but i do love a good chat and love to hear other peoples stories and experiences. I'm only looking for a place with a garage or shed so that instead of living in the house id use the garage/shed as my room/parking space for my motorbike. As long as it has a solid flooring and easy access for me to bring my bike in after work. If its cold and breezy i dont care:) im a handy man and i love to fix things. If im not working on my bike im usualy working on my visual display electronics. Iv worked in just about every job industry, iv traveled all over asia and australia and also live in melbourne backpackers for 2 years. I got a story for every occasion. Im verry open to options and ideas on anything.
Hey funky friends! So here's the boring stuff straight up - My name is Alannah, I am from the South Gippsland region and I finished Year 12 in 2015 and have had a nice gap year this year and am studying Psychology at Deakin University in Burwood in 2017... So, you know, I gotta find me some good ol' accommodation. Not too costly preferably, as I am a classic poor Uni student. 😅 Now to the good shit. I am a world-class Mario Kart 64 player so if you're feeling it we can 10/10 have a tournament (I'll supply the goods - controllers, console, wine etc) or we can just play any 64 game together and swim in our nostalgia and your tears when I kick yo' ass. Wii, DS, XBOX and PlayStation games are also welcome with open arms. 😘 Sorry to fit the stereotype that vegans tell you they're vegan even when you don't ask, but, I am vegan. I don't care if you're not vegan. We can have sausage sizzles and burgers and massive fiestas together and we'll drink some Sangria and release our inner Spanish sides (even though my heritage is purely Scottish, English and French 😅) and, I don't mean to toot my own horn (I do) but I make a meeeean vegan spaghetti bolognese. Sausage rolls, too, that have been approved by many Omni's. So why wouldn't you have me as your house mate? If you have some little beings living in your house I'll like you even more. Woofers? Meowers? Sqwarkers? Squeekers? Oh yas, bring 'em on, baby. Brownie points for you if you got dem pets. My hair color will change frequently depending on my mood. No -unfortunately I'm not Nymphadora Tonks - I just wear wigs. #theredhairisfake #imactuallyablonde I'm not a massive party animal, but if you're having a party I'll totally join in. And all jokes aside, I am very respectful and will give you space and be clean and all those top qualities. Hit me up with a message if you'd be keen on finding a place together. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hey I'm easy going don't mind having a chat and getting to know others. I understand privacy and sometimes enjoy spending time by myself or at friends places. I like to go out some weekends to the city with my friends on a Saturday night every couple weeks. Just looking for a place we're I feel comfortable an welcomed :)
Well I'm from India but have travelled a lot. I don't judge/interfere and am very flexible in general and I'd expect the same from my flatmates. I won't be around a lot in the day I suppose. I love to cook and feed people so that's a definite plus I should think. I'm a free thinker and love conversations and debates so I'm super fun to drink/smoke up with. My boyfriend/parents/friends may come and stay with me from time to time but they won't be a bother for sure, in fact they are quite fun to hang with as well. I read a lot and love music/travel so preferably someone who'd like to go to Chet Faker concerts or backpack to the Gold coast with me would be ideal. Can't think of anything else atm but feel free to ask.
Hello! We are a couple from Sweden who are moving to Melbourne in the end of January 2017. Anton will be doing his master thesis at the swarm robotics laboratory at Monash University, and Sara will be working. We will stay in Australia for approximately 6 months, but are also interested in shorter stays (e.g. 1 month) if 6 months aren't available. At our spare time we enjoy participating in different cultural events (music, art, movies), playing boardgames and don't mind going out for a beer. We've lived in shared houses before, during our time at Lulea University of Technology, we're clean and easy going. Looking forward to swap the snow of Sweden to Australia!
I'm a student at Monash Uni currently living in brunswick, which is a million miles away from campus. Looking to move out around February, getting in early on the moving scene so I can find a place I will mesh well in. I'm usually pretty easy going, I do bake and clean when I get stressed, shout when I get too excited (soz). I have grown up in a very wog family so if you want a good pasta hit me up. Always up for a drink, a party, a political discussion or a session of meme analysis. As long as the feng shui is tight we should all get along fine. I am a pesceterian but always up for a meal share as I don't understand portions and always cook for 10 instead of one. Send me a message if you are looking for someone in the future! Peace x
Hi ! im erra. Currently studying at Monash University Clayton. I am originally from Singapore. A little bit about myself, i am friendly, clean and neat. Hoping to find a room with a double bed near Monash uni clayton campus with all bills included. :)
I'm a friendly Malaysian and an organised person. I don't smoke and i'm a pet lover! I'm currently pursuing a degree in Food Science and will be going for an exchange for a semester in Monash Clayton. I've always wanted to study abroad and the exchange program seems to be the only option as Malaysian currency is dropping and makes studying longer than a semester abroad costly.I'm really looking forward to meeting new friends form other countries!
I am clean, respectful, fun and friendly.I love being both at home chilling out but also getting outside and doing cool stuff. I like exercise, trying new activities, exploring and being outdoors. I also love chilling at home with a glass of wine and catching up with my flat mates with some TV or a movie and dinner.
I am a Student in Monash Uni, Masters in Business Information Systems. Quite chill on all aspects of life. To each their own. Like to travel, explore, party occasionally, 420 is da bomb. Also quite involved in technology, working on a start-up right now. Looking for a nice and easy going atmosphere.
I'm a neat, tidy and laid-back person in full-time employment in Clayton looking for similar-minded folk to share a place with. I work from 9 - 5 Monday to Friday, and in my downtime I tend to either play video games, waste time on the internet or play the guitar! NBN / Cable internet would be a big advantage. I am friendly and sociable, but also respectful of people's personal space and downtime. Regarding the location - anywhere between the city and Clayton would be ideal, as that's where I work :)
I'd love to live in a sharehouse where my flat mates are all good friends who go out together and love to have fun. I've just finished my first year of Psychology and I'm continuing my degree in Melbourne at Monash University. I've lived in Sydney my whole life and am dying for a change. I love travelling and chatting with people. Mostly just like singing, and chatting with my friends, and going on adventures. I love chatting to people from different places (just came back from study abroad) and cultures. I've been told I'm a very excitable, outgoing and fun person (I hope they're right!) I'm always very happy to chat with my flatmates, Always clean up after myself, don't snore and will always be kind and respectful.
Clean, chill and considerate med student looking for accommodation within walking distance of Monash Medical Centre. When I'm not on placement I work part-time as a music teacher and make covers for YouTube - although I'd try to schedule those when you are out. I always contribute to the housework and pay my rent on time :) I have a boyfriend also placed at MMC, who would be staying over 2-3 nights week. I'd be at his place from Friday night to Sunday, so you would have the house to yourself on weekends. I'd love to be friends but if you like to keep to yourself that is totally fine! I am pet and LGBT+ friendly. I'm vegan and would love vegan/ethically-conscious housemates, but it's not a must.
Hi! I recently moved to Melbourne (from Germany) and started my PhD here which should take me around two to three years. I'm looking for a place that is either in walking distance to Monash's Clayton campus or in a more lively area with good public transport, preferably close to the beach. I'm practically working full-time, sometimes very late, but I do like to go out for dinner and drinks. I'm very much into music and movies but I'm very used to wearing headphones. Besides that, I have a talent for fixing things with mostly great success. Cheers, Hagen
I'm a science student who currently lives in Warragul and is looking for a place closer to uni. I am a really considerate person and I keep my belongings organised and clean. I'm fairly quiet, bubbly and comfortable to be around. When I'm not at uni (or working) I like to read novels/comics, watch movies, chill out and have some chats. I have put 6 months but am flexible, same with the moving date - it's just an estimation.
Hey there, how's it going? Nice to meet you, my name's Phillip, I'm 21 years old & am a working sales professional for Telstra. In my time off I enjoy physical exercise (gym, basketball, swimming or even just going for a jog), cooking, cleaning & my own personal downtime. I am very big on privacy and will respect and honour each and every individual's privacy and personal space. I also believe that cleanliness is a feature of organisation and that it translates into productivity. I often work 6 days out of the week for a total of nearly up to 60 hours, so for a good majority of the day I will be absent as I usually visit the gym straight after work. I also have my own car, appliances and furniture that I am more than happy to contribute to any individual in the household. Coming up with rent money will never be an issue as I am more than happy to pay months in advance if need be. If this ad more than meets your criteria, please do not hesitate to contact me via mobile or email Hope to hear back from you soon. Kind Regards, Phillip.
I'm a Monash University student and I work part-time as a tutor (both at a tutoring center for stable income and as a private tutor for extra cash). I am quiet but still sociable and easy to get along with. Most of the time, I will be out for uni or at work. I am a very neat and tidy person.

Hi,I'm originally from Indonesia currently studying at Monash South Africa, I will go to Monash Australia for an exchange program around January- February. I describe myself as a sportsman I like mostly any sport but soccer is what I'm best for. email me if you are in the same situation as me or offering a place to live in
I'm an easy going, tidy, light smoker. I start my bachelor of education next year so being reasonably close to the city is a must. I am looking for a long term residence, but have been fairly ok bouncing from short term house to short term house these past few years. I love animals, witty dark-humoured cartoons, and video games. I genuinely enjoy cooking and cleaning so am more than happy to do both of these things :) I have been living independently since I was 16 because I needed to live closer to the school I was attending in the city. Education has always come first for me, so I am usually studying, reading or writing, meaning I won't be a bother to have in the house!
Im very bubbly , and always fun to br around , in saying that I am also very responsible , and I do enjoy my own space aswell. I enjoy cleaning , and can reassure that the place will always be tidy. In my spare time I do have a passion for baking and love baking cupcakes for house mates . Im looking for a pet friendly room as I do have my beautiful cat bella with me
