Hi my name Is Andres. I just started work at a cafe in monash uni, I'm 32 and am looking to be close to work. Love music, reading and playing games or going to restaurants on my days off. I clean up after myself am social but do like my own space
I am a 25 year old New Zealander living in Melbourne working at Monash University. I am a biologist with an interest in mosquitoes! I thrive on outdoor adventures (rock climbing, snowboarding, hiking, yoga). Meeting new people is something I really enjoy doing and have been described as very easy going, caring and courteous by my friends. I am courteous and respectful of people's space and time. I strongly believe in creating a positive atmosphere in which people are free to express themselves in doing so we can learn and share from one another. Living In communal settings I know the importance of having a clean and tidy environment, of which I endeavor to uphold. I can also make a legendary butter chicken dish! :)
Hello! I'll be joining Monash University (Clayton) for doctoral studies in March this year and I'm looking for an accommodation that offers a private room which comes furnished. I am neat, responsible and an easy going person. I am fairly social and I love meeting new people but I also like my space and private time. PM if you have anything for me :)
Hey everyone, I am looking for a house to call a home. I am a very active bubbly person who is tidy clean and respectful. I enjoy music, movies, cooking, keeping fit, sports and oddly cleaning, won't lie love a nice clean house. I work full time in sport administration which I love. I am looking for a place with like minded people that I can enjoy living and even have a few drinks and dinner with if we are all home. If you would like to know anymore about me hit me up :) I have some furniture (bedroom, sofa bed, fridge and outdoor setting) so would need unfurnished rooms only
Hey I'm Steph :) I'm 22 and i am a hospital worker who loves gym and food, i eat very healthy raw fresh produce as I have intolerances so I'll prob take up half the fridge with veggies and fruit, but I will cook grouse dinners for you as well. I run on semi-routine and wake up early and get to bed relatively early during the week, kind of wing it most of the time and hope for the best. In saying that I can be a total grandma or party animal, there's no in between. I love being outside and adventuring, going out for food and drinks with my mates, shopping (what female doesn't) pretty laid back and open minded. wanting an unfurnished room or people to move out with around my age (22) so 18-30 female male doesn't really bother me as long as you're not a creep :)
I am an international student from Colombia. I will be studying a postgraduate course at monash uni. I am very friendly and clean. I like to have my personal space but I also love to share time with flatmates/friends, cooking, talking, watching movies, going out, doing sports, etc...
I am going to do PhD in Electrical and Computer Systems Eng. in Monash University, Clayton. I usually work in the lab and will not be in the home during the day. I usually cook in the home. The cleanliness and silence are important things for me.
My name is Omar. I am from Saudi Arabia. I am an IT PhD candidate at Monash Uni, FIT -Coalfield. I am interested in renting a privet room. I am easy going, clean and tidy person and willing to adhere to any rules of living with others.
I'm a student from Monash University, studying a Bachelor of Science degree in Clayton Campus. Generally I pay my rent and bills on time but most of these are handled by my parents so if I'm overdue rent then I just need to be informed so I can inform my parents about it. I'm a bit of a clean freak, usually I keep the place I'm staying in clean and tidy with everything organized. I'll make sure if anyone else's things are around I'll find a place to put them away. I'm an experienced chef, I used to work in restaurants back in Malaysia and in Texas, USA. I can cook a wide variety of meals and dishes, it just depends on what ingredients are in the fridge. I don't mind cooking for everyone in the house, I can chip in for food. That is if food is shared with everyone in the house. I love to go hiking so if you know a good hill and the means to get to it. Why don't we go for a hike eh? I'm told that I'm a funny person cause I love puns and jokes. Usually I'm a happy-go-lucky person. I'm self-employed, I work as a currency/stocks trader and investor.
I am a very easy going exchange student from England looking for an easy going house share. I study Physics at Monash Clayton and so a property nearby would be perfect. I love to cook and would be glad to cook some meals for the house to try!
Hi, we are a German couple. We want to find a long term accomodation as we are planning to stay three to four years in Melbourne. We both have been living in shared flats for many years and are looking for a relaxed rather than a party place. Let me write a bit about us so you get a first impression. We both have studied in the beautiful little town of Heidelberg in the South West of Germany and have been a couple since 2010. We decided to go to Australia a year ago and Andrea found a job as a postdoctoral researcher at Monash University in Clayton. Before her job starts in March we took the opportunity to travel throughout New Zealand. Now the real adventure begins, we have to find a place to live and get settled into our new lives. We both enjoy nature, outdoors and like to go for walks or day hikes. We cook a lot and like to invite friends for dinner every once in a while. Arne: I have studied cultural anthropology, political science and psychology. I like to travel and I have seen my share of the world: I was one of the countless backpackers in Oz after my civil service in 2005. Later I went to Chile for an exchange year. The university there was not so good, so I rather started travelling throughout Latin America from Fireland to Mexico. I took my time to finish my studies and read some more interesting books about world history, philosophy and the global financial system. After university I tried to get a job in an IT company and was more than surprised when they actually hired me. I did a crash course in IT & project management and really liked it. In 2014 my company sent me to work for one of the big banks in Zurich, Switzerland, and I have stayed there until moving to Melbourne. Once we are settled in I will start looking for an IT job again. I have been playing indoor volleyball for my entire life and want to join a team again. But let's find a new home first... Andrea: I grew up in a German city close to the Dutch border and did my bachelor in Nijmegen. I moved to Heidelberg for my master in molecular biology and to Uppsala, Sweden, for an exchange semestre. I got my PhD in 2015. I had a great Ultimate Frisbee team in Heidelberg and am really looking forward to join one in Melbourne. So please let us know if you think we would fit in. Happy to come over to get to know eatch other in person.
I am a 22 year old male living in Tasmania. I am moving to Melbourne in mid March and looking for accommodation in South Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. I currently have two part time jobs here in Tasmania, at Woolworths and at a yoghurt factory. I also have full time employment organised for when I arrive in Melbourne. I am an easy going, tidy bloke who enjoys relaxing, martial arts, music and coffee. I also LOVE dogs.
I am an easygoing and happy girl. I am a Master Student at Monash. I am looking for a place within walking distance of Clayton campus, supermarkets, and transportation. I consider myself a very friendly and energetic person. I like to run and eat healthily. I am trying to keep a balance between my Uni routine and a healthy life's style. I am very social but at the same time, I enjoy my own space and my solo time. I am a great person to share your space with! Thanks! Jen
I'm a final year medical student on rotation from rural/regional Victoria looking for a furnished room between Dandenong and the CBD for 12 weeks. I can be as social or as invisible as you would like, and would love a place with a piano if it exists, though it is not essential.
I´m a sociable, tidy, responsible and easygoing student looking for a nice and clean flat to live. I have a full time job and I study evening classes so, during week days I´m really busy. I´m looking for a flat which I can find a good rest and sleep. So a calm and a quiet place would be perfect for me. At weekends I like to wake up late hours to have a good rest and hang out with friends or just enjoy around the table with some glasses of wine.
I am from India, I will be studying Master of Management (Project Management) in La Trobe University City Campus. I am extrovert and open-minded.I am a non-smoker and non-drinker ( not even occasional), I don't mind smoking or drinking unless I'm insisted so please take a note of it. Also I'm quite possessive to my religious aspects (like eating non-halal food, drinking and others) but not extreme. I respect privacy and never do something that will embarrass or disappoint my fellow roommates. Apart from this I like to go out, play games (indoor or outdoor), gym, cooking, reading, helping the fellow roommates the best from my side, being clean and hygienic, taking care of myself and little OCD to few things :P. I don't mind sharing room with people from any background. If you are from India or Muslim, we would love to be with you. So either way I will be fine. If you have pets like cats or dogs, that will also not be a problem ( I'm cat-lovers :P but wouldn't mind a dog. ) Also, If there is any accommodation like Paying Guest (PG) or Homestays in the city or suburbs I will also consider that. :) P.S : Once again, I am great to live with.
Born and raised in the Northern Territory and am here studying a Bachelor of Science (Major Psych/Physiology Minor Pharmacology) at Monash. I have a variety of interests which include rugby union, gym (although it doesn't look like it), a bit of gaming, beers and I don't mind a movie or two but I'm also always interested in picking up new hobbies and interests. Coming from a small town I've learnt how to get along with almost anyone and because of that I think I am able to easily slot into a house dynamic. I am generally a clean person but am not a clean freak and to be honest I'll probably just try and match the cleanliness that everyone else in the house has so long as it isn't too bad.
I'm a 20yo student studying an undergraduate degree in science at monash uni that's been living out of home for a few years. I'd prefer a place where people are relatively clean and tidy as I am myself. I'm very sociable at times, but also need my own space and time to myself as we all do. I'd generally spend a lot of time out of the house due to being at uni 4 days a week and also keeping a busy social life. That being said I am not the type to throw house parties, but I'm usually fine with others doing so. I'm a non-smoker and I also enjoy cooking :)
Hey guys! We're a young couple looking to move out of our current accomodation to somewhere a little closer to our respective schools, and where we can bring our furkid-family members with us! Gemma is a 19 year old psychology student at Monash University in her second year, and works part time as a sales assistance and puppy school instructor in the pet industry! (Which means her amazing pet product bargains are yours too! 😉) Brad is a student at Holmesglen TAFE studying his first year of Networking, is a whiz at all things technical, and would be happy to deal with any totally annoying technical failures with WiFi or your computer if a housemate ever needed a hand! Together we're hoping to bring our two furry friends - Gemma's greyhound, Bellatrix, who I assure you will have you weak in the knees within seconds, and Brad's indoor cat, Mia, who is a little princess. 🐱 (Gemma is also hoping to apply all her certified dog training skills into bringing a new puppy into the mix sometime in the near future.) We are not too picky on our new home other than friendly, fun, and carefree housemates who are happy to have a quiet night in (maybe watching horror movies, if they're up to it!) but also respect each others privacy and keep a comfortable home environment. A backyard is also pretty essential and whilst it doesn't have to be huge, you might get a bit tangled in Bellatrix's zoomies if it's small! 😸 *Our moving timeframe is from late March/early April. ☺️ *We'd also be interested in teaming up with someone who had already found/had a house and was just looking for roommates to split the rent and the fun with them! If you feel like you might have something that suits, please get into contact with us! We can't wait to hear from our new housemates. ☺️
I am a quiet reserved responsible female studying at Monash Clayton. I am a non smoker, like to mind my own business and expect the same. Looking for a studio / granny flat. Strict about hygiene and cleanliness. Please don't message me for a house share.

I will be at the lab and studying most of the time however, I'm still a quite social person and would love hanging out/making a good meal (I'm italian so it will be very carb-heavy/like a warm hug) for you too.

I love pets but sadly dont have any of my own. Usually wound up wth work uni and the usual social. I dont usually have people over much as I am more outdoorsy and would rather hang at theirs. Anyways I do have a long term boyfriend whose place I spend quite a bit of time at. I have a car so living near PT is not top of the priorities atm. I am a great listener, love reading.
