Hi im Callan, I'm 27 years old from Hobart, Tasmania, moving to Melbourne to experience something new. I like to be private when not at work but happy to have a chat or socialize too.

Im always very considerate of other peoples stuff in public places, private but friendly, always clean. I have formerly lived in houses with older women and other flatmates with various backgrounds, in all cases just as friends and always with good relationships that lasted beyond the lease.

I am just looking for somewhere with a longer lease, and ideally around $250 with a private bathroom but not picky about that. Location doesnt matter really.
