Hello,

My name is Sam. Im 26yo from Canberra, ACT.

I work full-time as a public servant and I'm looking to move up to the Newcastle area.

I'm seeking either a bedroom or whole place to move in to for a period of 6-12 months.
I am preferably looking for somewhere to myself, but will happily join a share house as well.

I am a friendly, quiet and tidy person. I spend most of my free time either reading books, going to the gym or out seeing friends.

I'm planning the move up north in the middle of 2026 - around end of July - early August. Hoping to find either a nice little place to myself or a room in an exisiting share house.

I have no pets, no children, I don't smoke and only drink on occasion when out.
I work from home 5 days per week Monday-Friday and would be working in my bedroom as to not disturb others.
