My wife and I are looking for a private granny flat, studio, unit, or small house in regional Western Australia.

We are a quiet, respectful, and responsible married couple looking for a clean, comfortable, and long-term place to call home. I work full-time, and we live a healthy lifestyle. We are non-smokers, do not currently have pets, and take pride in keeping our home clean and well maintained.

We have been living in Melbourne for the past 2.5 years and are planning to relocate to regional Western Australia for a fresh start and new opportunities.

We are looking for a private rental with no shared living arrangements or flatmates. A small 2-bedroom house, granny flat, or unit with a small backyard or garden would be ideal. We are not looking for a large or luxury property—just a comfortable, affordable home that suits a couple.

As animal lovers, we may consider getting a dog in the future, so a pet-friendly property with no pet restrictions would be greatly appreciated.

While we prefer a private granny flat, unit, or small house, we would also consider sharing a larger home with another quiet and respectful couple or small family, provided everyone has their own space and the living environment is clean, peaceful, and comfortable.

We are reliable tenants, pay rent on time, and will treat the property with care and respect. References can be provided if required.

Preferred areas include Bunbury, Busselton, Albany, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie, and other regional areas of Western Australia, but we are open to suitable options.
