Julian and Valeria

Hi there, we are Valeria and Julian, an Argentinian couple looking for a quiet place to live in the Northern Beaches in Sydney. We are clean, orderly and we like to collaborate and help others. We don't smoke. We like animals, sports, hiking and having a beer on the weekends.
It will be a pleasure for us to share our home and perhaps our hobbies with other people =)
For the first few days of the rental, only Julian will occupy the room. Valeria will arrive on February 14th :)
