Hi guys! I’m Dean (34) looking for a room in or around Perth city (flexible) but ideally NOR — and ready to move in ASAP. I’m currently in Maddington but want to be closer to work

I’m in my second year WHV after travelling around SE Asia and am settling back into life in Perth. I’m English and a Chippie who works big hours — so am keen to find a base I can call home for the next few months, maybe more if right fit. I’m in to camping, hiking, golf, football and outdoors life. My girlfriend is currently doing a bit of traveling and waiting for her WHV to be approved so would be the 2 of us hopefully soon. We met whilst traveling, her name’s Hannah - she’s Scottish and an Electrician and will be looking for work when she’s here.

We’re super clean, easy-going, respectful, and mindful of personal space. Not party people, but always up for a friendly chat. We treat any place like our own and always happy to chip in with cleaning or house duties.

Ideally, we’re after:
• A furnished room with a double bed & air con (not a dealbreaker)
• Easy/free parking
• Access to a kitchen and bathroom

Am looking to move in immediately and can view at short notice (providing it’s after work or at the weekend). Happy to have a chat to see if it’s the right fit. Budget is $250-$300 pw
