Hi there! My name is Trixie, and I’m currently looking for a 3-bedroom house in Preston with a garage or safe parking space.

I work part-time as a barista/manager in Melbourne’s north and also study Master of Education at La Trobe University. I’m a quiet, tidy and reliable tenant who always pays rent on time and takes great care of the place I live in.

I’m looking for a warm, safe home where I can truly settle down long-term — not just a house to rent, but a place to come home to after a long day of work and study ☕📚

Ideally looking to move in anytime soon and can provide excellent rental references, payslips, and tenant ledger upon request.
