Hey!
I'm currently looking for an unfurnished room to rent at about $250 a week (although willing to stretch a little for the right fit) in the extended freo area. Not hugely fussed on location but I will need somewhere to park my car.

A bit about me:
I'm a 27 year old non-smoker, non-drinker who has been living in a variety of share houses for the last 5 years all around perth & freo. I currently work in agricultural research which sometimes has me out of Perth and in the wheatbelt for a few days at a time and also work in a bar in the city occasionally in the evenings.
Outside of work I'm a keen camper & roadtripper and did around 8 weeks & 20,000kms of solo road trips last year around Australia.
With work & travel I am away a lot but my schedule varies heaps; no two weeks are the same. So if you enjoy all the financial benefits of having a housemate and not actually having a housemate half the time, I might be for you!

The lease at my current rental ends on the 8th of April , so would be looking to move sometimes in the week before that (1st to the 8th of April) and would ideally like to stay until Julyish 2027.
