A little about me:
• I’m 29 and work full-time in marketing for an airline
• I work from home 2–3 days a week, so I’m looking for a bedroom or living area with enough space to comfortably fit a desk.
• Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at the gym, playing golf, line dancing, or with friends at the beach

As a housemate, I’m clean, respectful and considerate. I’m the kind of person who keeps shared spaces tidy, pays bills on time, and is always happy to have a chat or a wine together, while also respecting personal space and routines.

What I’m looking for:
🏡 Unfurnished private bedroom (with room for a WFH setup)
🚗 Car space
📍 Ideally around Cronulla and surrounding suburbs, but I’m open to nearby shire suburbs for the right place.
💰 Budget up to $500/week for the right fit.

Also can come to the table with full furnishings if needed - couch, tv, dining table, fridge, kitchen stock up etc! Happy to either join existing place or team up for a new lease. Flexible with move in date!
