I am an international student from Poland, currently in the 4th Year of the Medical Program at Bond University. I am a calm, quiet person and would describe myself as more of an introvert rather than extrovert. I love good food, long walks, and all the medical dramas on Netflix. In my free time (which I don't have a lot of as a med student 🤣), I like to do jigsaw puzzles, art, and crocheting. I am definitely not a party person or someone who stays up late at night. I don't smoke or drink alcohol.

In terms of rental, I am looking for a stable, long-term accommodation in a quiet area with no parties. I would like to stay in the Robina/Varsity Lakes/Mudgeeraba/Clear Island Waters area, if possible, but will consider surrounding suburbs. My must-haves are having own bathroom and a relatively large room that will fit a queen bed, study desk and a sitting area. Other things that would be nice to have in a new rental include air-conditioning, parking, bed/mattress provided, and a little outside area (balcony or a small patio).
