Hi! A bit about me and why I’m great to live with 😊

I’m a student moving to Hobart and I’ve lived in Sydney for the past 7 years, so I’m very used to shared living and respecting other people’s space. I’m clean, tidy, and I always make sure common areas like the kitchen and bathroom stay neat after I use them.

I’m also quiet and considerate, especially during nights and study time, but I’m friendly and happy to chat or share a meal sometimes if housemates are up for it. I respect everyone’s privacy and routines.

I’m responsible with rent and bills and like to keep things straightforward and stress-free in the house. I don’t smoke and I live a pretty simple student lifestyle—mostly studying, working on my goals, and keeping a calm home environment.

I’m planning to stay in Hobart for at least a year, possibly longer, so I’m looking for a stable place where everyone feels comfortable living together.

Overall, I’m easygoing, respectful, and reliable, and I try to make shared living pleasant for everyone.
