Hiya I'm Damo . 49 yo Nurse.
My mate and I have teamed up to get a 3 bedroom with a study, ie possible fourth bedroom, and we are looking to move in immediately.
Because don't have any rental history it's havoc with the lease..... so we're looking for someone who will cosign the lease and then add me in a couple of weeks.

My mate is fine he has rental history ect but we need that second, and I'm the 3rd...

I need to attend uni lectures and placements in Melbourne but I'm located on the family farm in North - East Vic.
For this reason I need digs in Doncaster to avoid the constant commute...... and I can grab the odd shift also.
I'm very easygoing nurse who simply must complete this Study !!
