I’m quiet, reliable, and easy to get along with. I work regularly, pay rent on time, and treat the place like a home — not a party house. I’m tidy in shared spaces, respectful of others’ privacy, and happy to follow house rules.

I don’t smoke, don’t host parties, and mostly keep to myself outside of work, gym, play golf and downtime. Open to living with male or female housemates.
