Hi!

I’m looking for my next room to rent in Perth, I’m landing back on the 25th November until March/April time.
I work full time for a haulage company, mon-Fri office hours, outside of these hours I like to be with friends, workout and have adventures. While in the house, I’m clean, polite and courteous of others, always up for a natter and a movie, but do appreciate everyone needs quiet time.
I’m looking for NOR, anywhere between Innaloo, Osbourne Park, Stirling etc. open to other areas and ideally has a train station not far, I do have a car and ideally would like off road parking. The budget is at $300 a week ideally including all bills☺️
