I’m a female in my late 30s working as a video game publisher, currently on a SID visa. I work full-time and commute to the office, and my weekdays are usually a simple routine of work and gym. I often get home late due to overtime, so I’m generally pretty quiet during the evenings.

On weekends, I enjoy going to the beach or spending time at a café. I don’t have friends in Sydney yet, so I won’t be hosting gatherings at home. I cook simple meals (still improving my skills!) and always clean up after myself.

I’m a non-smoker, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I have previous share house experience and understand the importance of communication and consideration. I’d love to live in a home where there’s friendly conversation from time to time, while still respecting each other’s privacy.

The most important things for me are mutual respect and a convenient location, especially since I sometimes finish work late.
