My wife and I are currently looking for a private 1-bedroom apartment or unit, preferably unfurnished.

We are a quiet, respectful and responsible couple. I work full-time in Perth and we maintain a clean and peaceful lifestyle.

We are not looking for a room in a shared house. We are only interested in a self-contained 1-bedroom apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom.

Preferred areas: Lathlain, Victoria Park, Belmont or nearby suburbs, but we are open to other locations in Perth.

Non-smokers, no pets, and happy to provide references if required.
