I am 38, I have lived in Melbourne all my life, currently nursing an injured knee and in the process of looking for reasonable short term accommodation prior to travelling overseas. I will be taking on new challenges with work and would like 1 bedroom/studio in Melbourne CBD or Eastern Suburbs.
