I'm a 41-year-old ex tech professional who works full time and enjoys cycling, gardening, and swimming. I don't have kids but I do have a well trained outdoor / indoor cat.

My house preference is clean, tidy, with an esoteric vibe. I love spending time outdoors in my garden or going for a swim. My home is a reflection of my extroverted nature and love for groundedness.

I'm looking for a place that has a sunny backyard or front yard with space to grow some veges. So pref no apartments. Long term lease at least 12mths.

May, my friend and flatmate has a job at the Uni and we are moving with our cat to be with more like minded community.

I run my own business and have some rent from my place in Sydney as well.
