Hello,

My name is yulie. I’m a 38-year-old female Pharmacy student at Monash University, originally from Korea. I was wondering if you might have a room available after 20 January.

This semester will be quite busy for me, as I’ll be doing hospital and community pharmacy placements, along with a research program. I’ll also be working part-time as a student pharmacist two days a week. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis and doing yoga, so I usually spend my downtime exercising or studying.

I’m very clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I really value good hygiene and always make an effort to keep both my room and common areas neat for everyone.

I’ve run an Airbnb business in Korea for about five years and have lived in dormitories during university and graduate school, so I’m very used to shared living and understand how important cleanliness and consideration are.

I’m also a big dog person and have raised whippets for over ten years, so I’d be very happy in a pet-friendly home.
