I would be great to live with because i am clean and tidy. I am a great baalance of fun and boring ahah. I like my private time though i dont mind if you come join me listening to some vibes and a chat. I work full time, I can work late nights, so probably no good for a house full of early risers. Would like to get coffee to see if our vibes click hit me up and we shall make a date of it :)
I am a mature student, have studied architecture before, and now I am studying psychology in University of Melbourne. I am from Iran, and speak English, Farsi, and Turkish. I also understand a bit of Arabic and French. I am outgoing, friendly, easygoing and sociable. I love camping, travelling, movies, and country music.
what makes me great to live with? well hi my name's Megan, right now I'm doing the design degree in unimelb aiming to be an architect, so I'm gonna be a pretty busy person. I love to read and have a nice cup of tea to chill out a bit, big fan of chocolate, can cook for myself and am willing to do so for others (my boyfriend says I'm alright). Other than that I'm quiet, easy-going and am willing to listen and get along with everyone whose around. For the last two years after I finished high school, I took a gap year and worked in a medical clinic before going to Japan for skiing which was great fun. As for this year, I've been living with a roommate in uni lodge while studying and working during the holidays. So, I hope to find a new place to live and get to know some more great people.
Mathematics student from NSW looking for temporary summer accommodation while I undertake a summer scholarship program/internship in Melbourne city for 6 weeks from January 2018. I'm seeking a nicely furnished room with ensuite or own bathroom in a shared house with up to 3 females. I'm looking for a homely environment as opposed to a party house. I'm enthusiastic, energetic and friendly. I like to think that I'm clean and tidy, but I can't really prove that on the internet. I love relaxing at home on the weekends (with the internet) but I'm also excited to explore much of what Melbourne has to offer (like a tourist) since I'm interstate. I generally keep to myself but I'm also up for chats and for going to the movies with friends. I respect other people's privacy as I love my alone time. I also have severe food allergies to many foods, so I would prefer to have roommates who understand and know how to handle that, but this is not necessary. It basically means that I'll be cooking most nights, use my own cutlery/cooking utensils/pans/cleaning supplies/toiletries at all times and that I'll be cleaning my own dishes even in the morning after breakfast before work. Please message me for more details if you are interested. I can start renting from middle of December onward, but I would prefer to start renting a room from 27th December 2017.
Hey, I'm Jules! I'm in the market for a new sharehouse to join now that I'm moving to Melbourne from Adelaide. I've been in sharehouses since I was 19 and am a very reliable and respectful houso. I can respect people's space when they need it but I'm also always up for a chat/movie/beer/wine with whoever's around :) A bit about me: - 25 yrs old - I'm currently completing my Masters in Primary Education - I'm very friendly, outgoing, love to socialise, and have a good sense of humour - I love to paint, draw, read, listen to music, and spend as much time outside as I can - I'm pretty active, and love cycling and kickboxing - I'm (very slowly haha) learning to play ukulele and guitar in my spare time - love the beach and going out to gigs If you think you've got a Jules-sized gap in your house that needs filling, drop me a line!
I'm a student at Uni Melb and I'm looking for a place to move in near the Parkville Campus. During the week I'm mostly going to be at Uni throughout the day. Weekends, I'd like to roam the city if I'm not caught up in assignments. I can cook, love to share a few conversations over beer, coffee (beverage of your choice really), and usually like to sleep a lot. I own a pair of headphones to keep my eclectic preferences in music to myself. I'm looking to move in around the end of Jan but I'm flexible by a week or two.
Hey guys! I'm looking to share a place with an awesome, easygoing person not too far from the city and uni. I'm currently doing my Masters degree in Physiotherapy at Melbourne Uni, as well as part time work to make sure I pay the bills on time! In my down time, I enjoy binging shows on Netflix, making the most of our kitchen, and keeping fit and healthy.
I am very easy going and adapt to most living situations. I am tidy and very respectful of those I share space with. Great at communicating, not passive aggressive, light hearted. I am going to be spending the next 2 years in Melbourne for grad school so would like to find amazing roommates and have one less thing to stress over. Open to short and long term situations.
My Name is Kelly, 21 years old, Female. Moving from Perth to Melbourne, I'm very easy going, chilled out and respectful. I leased two properties in Perth so I have grasped how to handle my own property which means it would be very simple for me to move into a room and respect all wishes and pay bills on time, also interested in meeting some girls/boys and renting a place together. I love hanging out and am very excited to meet new people and live in a awesome City but I also love me time. I have a beautiful black cat who I have looked after since he was a baby and he loves affection but also like me, is very adventurous and likes to be alone. I'm a honest and responsible person whilst saying this I love to have fun, go out, socialize, shopping, cooking and I am very excited to find new hobbies in a beautiful City.
Hello there! I am Manish Kumar Patel, age 26 years and I am about to start as a PhD student at The University of Melbourne. I am an Engineer by passion and easy going man. I do not interfere with other's private life and wish to get the same reciprocation from the mate. I did my masters from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT), Mumbai, India. I am a Hindu by practice and faith. I prefer Veg cuisine but do not have any issue with non-veg. I do not smoke and drink. I prefer to go to running during evening hours daily, sporty by nature. I would also like to explore the nature and nearby places. Positively looking forward to engaging with new friends there. No issue in sharing the room with other students. I prefer accommodation with food arrangements.
Hi everyone, I'm Cristian, I work in Hospitality and I'll be studying in the city, originally from Santiago, Chile but I have lived in Canada and Australia for the past 5 years. Ideally looking to move into a sharehouse not too far from the city. I'm social, clean, respectful and easy going. I'm not interested in a party house, but always keen for a drink the end of the day or a few on the weekend. Somewhere to keep my bike would be great too.

Hi :) I'm Roni, a 29 Israeli girl moving to Melbourne in February! After two years living and working in Southern Africa I decided to pursue my masters and will start my course at the Uni of Melbourne. As a housemate I'm super flexible and chilled, love to be social but also respect privacy and some alone time. I love cooking (especially when it's for other people as well), diving into interesting conversations over good coffee or a glass of wine, travelling, going outdoors hiking and on road trips. I'm a true water baby and an ex-scuba diving instructor so I'm really excited to be living by the ocean again. I'm very open minded, love live music (and playing it too if you're keen on jam sessions in the house) and just easy to get along with. I'm looking for a room that's available from February and unfortunately will only get to Melbourne around that time. But if you want to talk and see if I'm the housemate you're looking for we can definitively skype. Please message me if it sounds right :)
Very easy going & looking for a chill home environment. Working professional, do like quiet times but also like to socialise and looking for a place to call home. Tidy and responsible as I've housesat for many years caring for peoples homes and pets. Originally from Brisbane, now call Melbourne home
I'm a super fun and easy-to-get-along-with type of person. Very chill. I'm tidy, clean up after myself and have a beautiful 2y.o cat MC who brings so much love and joy to anywhere, where we live. I work full time and am about to relocate to Melbourne to start my nursing career. I enjoy spending time by myself and with friends. In my spare time I enjoy reading, doing puzzles, going out to gigs, seeing my friends etc. and all of the finer things in life (chocolate, wine, pizza haha)! If I sound like someone you could get along with, holla!
Hi! I'm looking to move out of student accommodation for a more long-term solution where I can stay and look for full-time work when i finish my masters degree. I'm social, talkative, bookish and have the best taste in music - EVERYBODY SAYS SO. My sense of humour is a salient quality that makes me fun to hang out with. I like to keep my space clean and I'm always up for a drink and a heart-to-heart chat. I otherwise keep to myself, draw, read, and wait for the next episode of One Piece.
Hey 😊 My name is Maria, I just finished Uni and I just moved to Melbourne to start work and have an adventure. I am 21 year old female, born in Greece and a very social creature XD. I have lived in a share house before few times. I like socializing with my housemates and hang out from time to time, but I also like some personal time so I have periods in my day that I will be quiet. I have a tendency to bake every now and then. The weird part about it is that I don’t eat much of that, so my previous housemates got to love the random treat XD. I have a lot of hobbies but the one I like most is playing video games with friends. I am very tidy and I always clean up after myself. I’m kind of in the mindset that if you don’t make mess you wont have to clean too many things later on XD. Cool! I don’t know what else there is to know about me, but here is some of my weirdness: • I have a bunny, which I adore, he is toilet trained, leash trained cute, small, loves head pats. He is a Netherlands dwarf, aka. the smallest a rabbit can be XD. • I like playing games 😊 tend to play league of legends with friends. • I like exploring and hanging out with friends, and I understand that that may not be always fun for others so I wont hang out with them at home. I like going out for drinks, food and games with them 😊 • I like tea, and growing my own plants and crafts • I like reading philosophy books and hearing various philosophical ideas
I'm a 23 yo Colombian guy. I'm a Pastry Chef and I'm doing my master at Unimelb. I work part-time and I like to spend my free time hanging out with friends, swimming, going to the gym, reading and sharing good laughs. I'm very tidy and responsible, I like to have my own space but also to share with my housemates to have a friendly connivence. I'm a chef and love cooking for someone else.. I guess that's a bonus =)!
I'm Dan, a Sri Lankan male starting my PhD in Structural Engineering in mid December at University of Melbourne. I'm clean and quite (which is why my current landlady likes me a lot) and open for evening discussions if time and environment suits. Beer and a movie is how I spend my leisure time. I'll be receiving a scholarship for my studies and hence I can gurantee the rent on time. Would prefer to move on mid December.
Hello, I will be pursuing my maters in analytics in RMIT in the following year 2018. I am fun person, and even tidy most of the times. Big time Manchester United fan and addicted in learning about technology.
Two regular, house trained ex-sydneysiders who are looking for a house to call a home with some house-trained peoples who don't just want lodgers to pay the bills but want to hang and share a beer/tea/noodles :) Hi! I'm Lauren (30), originally from Sydney but moved a few months ago. Now Ivan (29) has moved down too and we’re looking for somewhere to move back in together because we figured it would be nice to be reunited…. But with other people for when we get sick of each other. We’re fairly fresh to Melbourne so we’d love to find a place with people who will like to hang occasionally. I like to cook and sew and read and craft. And eat. A lot. And drink wine. I guarantee I will probably overcook regularly and you will probably benefit from it. I tried to yoga for a while, and then I injured myself. I have big ideas about starting some other sports/hobbies but so far they're still in ideas stage.... Now for me...Ivan...this paragraph is dedicated to me. I am not as useful as Lauren. But I know a lot about sport particularly football/soccer. I also do sporting things - I used to play football, but now am injured, and am transitioning to rock climbing, swimming and yoga.... slowly. I also have in the past been convinced to go on bush walks. I follow current affairs as well and watch and talk about tv shows/movies. And I'm into hanging out; going for a meal, coffee or wine. We both work full-time, 9 to 5'ers and go out a bit during the week to catch up with friends so we won't be hanging around like bad smells 24/7. We’d like to find a place with someone(s) who is tidy and respectful but also likes to be sociable (with us!).
I am Danica (mid 30s) old VCA PhD student from Europe. I am kind of a weird mix of intro- and extrovert—like to hang out and to meet new people, but need frequent alone-time moments. Enjoy music, specially old school deep house and techno, and disco. Like to talk about food, to cook and share meal, and enjoy good spirits. Come with a Boston shaker and crepes pan. Probably the most important quality for flatmates is to be open-minded and considerate. I like to live in clean and tidy space (especially kitchen and bathroom), but I am far from being obsessive, so I don't expect others to be any different :)
