Hello, I am a Belgian student that comes in Australia to attend classes during one semester at the University of Melbourne (from the 11 July to 15 December). To describe myself a little, I am a student engineering (in electricity) in master and I am 21. I am quite sociable and like discuss with people and spend relaxed evening. I am serious in my study (that takes most of my times) but I also like reading and aikido.
Lived in shared accommodation and traveled extensively. Like to cook and clean. Mostly spend my free time watching the latest TV show I've gotten hooked on or playing games. Study computer science at Melbourne Uni and work part time in Thornbury. Don't mind a few drinks every now and then, but not into going out every weekend. Like to socialise and hang out, but also like my alone time too.

Hey there! My name's Gabrielle and I'm looking for a place to stay right before and during my first semester at Uni, ideally from the first week of July! I presently have found a flatmate, and we're both looking for an entire apartment with a budget of $500 p/w in total for the both of us, with two bedrooms, one bathroom and is furnished! Ideally I'm looking to stay around Parkville**, Carlton**, Fitzroy, South Yarra, Prahan or Hawthorn, with a rental range of around $200 pw, $215 at most and well, any less is more than welcome. If this works for you do drop me a message! Thank you!
I’m easy going, friendly and respectable. I work part time working for Uber Eats and am also receiving payments for studying at RMIT so finance is not a problem! I’m out of the house most of the time when I’m free, either skateboarding or filming. I have a very friendly 1 year old cat named Oscar who is toilet trained for outside and very loyal! I’m open to houses with people coming in and out all the time but would also love somewhere cozy with a smaller amount of housemates. Tully
Hi, potential house/flatmates :) Update *I need a place by July the 16th* Must be clean please I am a positive, social and very active 24 Year old who is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Nursing. Don't let the title of student deter you, I still work part-time and previously worked as a Finance Consultant before returning to study. Enough about my background as a flatmate I love Art, Music and reading combined with a cuppa but I will also binge watch Netflix. I am extremely tidy (bed made first thing everyday kinda guy) and love a clean kitchen and bathroom. I don't discriminate, I enjoy the company of all people :) but I am also content on my own for those who like privacy. Outside of the house, I'm probably out for coffee or dinner with friends, if not I'll be playing some kind of sport, cycling or surfing. I couldn't be more honest than whats written above ^ any questions please feel free to contact me and check out my social media pagesIG:franky_j__
I'm a 30-year-old software engineer working in the city Monday to Friday. I love to play soccer so I am usually training Tuesdays and Thursday night and I usually play games on Sundays. I like outdoors activities such as hiking and cycling, but equally, enjoy nights out and spending time chilling out at home.
Hey there! I'm from California, and I would describe myself as friendly, clean and easy going. Starting in July 2018, I'll be a Master's student at University of Melbourne studying International Relations. I also plan to work part time, so I will be pretty busy. I always make time to unwind and have some fun, though. In my free time I enjoy exploring the city, going wine tasting (I have a wine certification with WSET), discovering new restaurants, and catching up with friends. Though I am from the United States, I've been to Melbourne many times and also enjoy going to AFL games, the museums, and the parks. I am quite social, but always very respectful of other people's space, sleep schedules and privacy.
Hey lads and ladettes. I'm Kassem, a 20 year old from Denmark. I will be studying Business and IT at RMIT City Campus for a semester, getting some of that good good aussie sun (even though i will be arriving in the middle of winter lol) This of course means i have to find somewhere to stay meanwhile. I'm not too picky about the location, but ideally somewhere within reasonable walking/biking distance. I'm pretty social, always providing top tier banter, and i'm surprisingly also a decent cook. I am very adventurous and pretty much up for anything you can hit me with. I'd like to live in a house/flatshare with other like minded, preferably also uni students in their 20's who would be up for hanging out, and/or do some exploring.
Hello everyone! I'm Widya. I will move to Melbourne to continue my master degree at UniMelb. Personally I'm more to a quiet person. I'll get easily laugh at your jokes, when I get comfortable with the person. Currently I'm looking for a short-long term place to stay and to make new friends. I'll be happy to have a some afternoon chit chat/dinner with a glass of wine!
Hi! I'm Sebastian, a Chilean guy who wants to know new people from different cultures and learn from them. I am in Melbourne because I think that I needed a break from my life in Chile, where I worked as a computer science engineer for 5 years. I am going to stay in Melbourne with a W & H visa. Good for talking, go to walk and eat something to share a conversation. I like sports, music, concerts, movies. I need to say that my English is not perfect, but I expect to improve it by sharing and talking with my flatmates.
Hi, this is Pichamon or Mook (for the nickname), from Thailand. I will start doing a Master's degree in Law at the University of Melbourne in mid July. I am quite jolly and easy to become friends with new people.Typically, I enjoy a conversation on topics like music, movies, arts, technology, and even about life in general. I also like to stroll in the city, visit different cafes, and take a walk in the park in my free time. A place of my preference would be one that is not a partyhouse. I would say a house with friendly, quiet, and relaxed atmosphere will suit my daily routine better. So if you are looking for a flatmate who is respectful, not a party animal kind of person, yet still fun to be around, just contact me! I'll be happy to hear from you :-D * Looking for a place for a long-term stay and willing to take on a lease for 9 months to 1 year * Prefer to move in as soon as possible* * Private room only * Also interested in teaming up
Hi guys, I'm Wayne, a 26 year old Australian, just returned home from the UK and a working holiday. Ideally looking for a room in the inner suburbs, North or East Melbourne, $170 per week max. I enjoy music, guitar, films, art, travel, psychology and personal development. I'm an easy going, sociable and tidy flatmate. Cheers, hope to hear from you soon
Hey I'm Khadijah, currently a first year Arts student at the University of Melbourne. I love to be sociable, hang out and go for beers, but also happy to keep to myself. Having to move out of home by the end of the year, as my are family moving states. So looking for a place asap! I am really easy going, clean and tidy and have reasonable cooking skills.
URGENTLY LOOKING FOR A PLACE! I am a 21 year old creative gal, currently doing my Architecture degree at the University of Melbourne. I am a clean and tidy person, I love to cook and clean (seriously, washing dishes is therapeutic for me lol). I an not one to party, but down to chill over dinner with a bottle of beer, wine or whiskey (not necessarily in that over). I usually like the keep to myself, and more often than not I stay up late either doing assignments or just painting. I prefer keeping things neat and tidy, just to keep the place filled with positive vibes. I'm looking for a private room with a rent of $190 p/w or less including bills. I am on a tight budget at the moment so I'd prefer a place that is within walking distance of UniMelb. Please do let me know if you have a place available for me to rent, don't hesitate to send a message my way with pictures of the place and details. Cheers!
I'm a dynamic French student, living here until August 31st for an internship. I love sharing my passion for sports, food, travelling and discovering new people and new cultures... I can cook quite well and I am very clean. I can keep quiet too as I also like to have my quiet moments; I can adapt easily.
Hi there I'm Jing and a first-year science student in unimelb. I'm pretty chill, don't really have massive opinions for things around the house. Will always pay rent on time, keep the common area clean but won't flip out if there's some dirty dishes in sink or clothes and stuff lying on the floor. I'm Chinese, speaks Mandarin, English and sometimes Gibberish...Respect privacy and different habits for sure. Love drawing, sewing, going to parks, cycling, binge Bojack... I get commissions and draw custom portraits/illustrations from photos, guess that could count as my part-time job for now :0 Please reach out if you are one person short when applying somewhere which postcode lies between 3051 and 3056, my move-in date is flexible, but ideally start around July. If you are still browsing the apartments on market, I'd love to team up and go to inspections and all that:) Thanks for your time reading this
Hi there, I’m a young health professional currently based in Sydney (don’t hold that against me) and like many Sydneysiders, I’ve seen the light and decided to make the move to Melbourne. I work for a youth mental health organisation and in the process of relocating for a new job. I’m reasonably outgoing and enjoy the usual shenanigans i.e. netflix/stan/hayu (love some trashy reality TV), brunches, gym and quoting random 90s/00s pop culture references (quirky, I know). I’m all about balance when it comes to sharing a place like cleaning (will clean up after myself, but not passive aggressive if you’re not) and personal space (love social hangs but appreciate down time too). While finding a great place is one thing, equally important is who I live with. I’m all for homely vibes, not house vibes. Plus, dinners/drinks/nights out/brunches every now and again don’t go astray in my books. If that sounds good shoot me a message it would be great to hear from you :).
Hi everyone, I am a 23 year old full time post grad student at Melbourne Uni! I am currently studying chemical engineering. I am from Botswana (a beautiful country in Southern Africa). I am easy going, neat and clean and keen to have dinners/drinks every now and then but do like my own space as well :) I enjoy having board-game nights as well. Let me know if you are interested in teaming up or have a place available for me!
I’m a full-time PHD student at uni of Melbourne studying Water & Environments. I enjoy living with housemates being able to have some chats or hangouts in the free times. I’m easygoing, active and fun while I pay attention to everyones privacy as well as my own. Let me know if you’re up to group up by sending a message!
Hi I'm Tom. I'm a Melbourne Uni masters student from the US. I'm Looking for a place fairly close to uni. I will be working part-time as well as studying full-time. I am hoping to find somewhere to stay for the next six months and would be willing to extend my stay as I am beginning a 2 year program. When I'm not busy I like to run, play basketball, travel, and watch Netflix. I also love American football so I will most likely be awake early Monday mornings to watch it. On the weekends I like to go out, but I also love a quiet night in.
