Hello, I am Iraaj, 22, Indian. I just moved to Melbourne, starting my masters degree at The University of Melbourne this month. I consider myself easy going and an ambivert, i respect everyones space though im always up for a drink or to hang out whenever i can. Looking forward to meeting some like minded people.
I'm a easy going nurse from Englang, I like to relax in the evenings with good food and maybe a glass or two. I'm looking to live with someone similar minded who likes to socialise but doesn't mind my crazy shifts ☺
I'm a software engineer for Qantas who has started a masters in Bioinformatics this year. My hobbies include boardgames, travel, Diving, and Tea. A Naturally quiet person, I'm still likely to be up for a chat over a Gin or Tea after work. Looking for likeminded professionals to share with I have a lounge set and all my own bedroom furniture, if a house needs other things I'm happy to contribute. Ideally i'm looking to move in to a home that's being set up so that we can craft it together into something we're comfortable with
I'm Harry and I'm 23 and currently doing a masters at melbourne uni. I'm very relaxed and easy going and big into music and collecting records. I'm a sociable person and love heading to gigs and festivals. I've been living in sharehouses for the past 5 years and looking to find a new place to call home with like minded people :) If you think I'd be a good match for your place get in touch!
Hello There! I'm Ishaan. I'm from India and I'm currently enrolled as a Master's student at the University of Melbourne. I'm interested in Tech and love to read. I'm an easy going person and a clean freak! I will mostly be busy with Uni but don't mind an occasional catch up!
I'm Ryan, 25, full time electrical engineer working with robotics startup. I like music, going to gigs/festivals, having beers and hanging out, looking to move into a fun sharehouse where everyone gets along. Looking to move immediately for the right room! Some things that are on my wishlist but aren't deal breakers: -NBN or fast internet -Garage/Shed for tinkering Some things that are important to me: -Unfurnished room - I have my own stuff -Parking (permit/off street or quiet street)
I'm 23, from NZ, barista and freelance illustrator studying a diploma in graphic design. My ideal flatmates would be Christians, but it isn't a dealbreaker as long as we all get on :) I'm introverted but I enjoy socialising at the same time. I cook all the time and I love going to produce markets. I like a tidy house but not excessively to the point of being painful! I'm the sort of person that wants to get to know the folks I'm living with and have meals and movie nights every so often. Will also be looking for a gym buddy! 😁
Current undergraduate student studying Psychology/Neuroscience at the University of Melbourne and have just transferred from the University of Sydney this semester. I have experienced living with others when I did a French Immersion programme in Quebec City last year and really loved the experience. I enjoy reading, travelling, music, and going to the beach. I am responsible, tidy, honest and considerate. Very happy for my previous host family in Quebec (although some translating may be required as they only speak French!) or my former school principal to be contacted for a character reference.
I'm a 21 French Student looking for a flatshare near the University of Melbourne where I'll complete my engineering master degree. I'm easy going and up to discover Australia &new cultures. I like to drink beers, play games and watch netflix
Hello people of the internet! What I'm looking for in a place: - Close to public transport - Friendly/social vibes - A room that will fit a double bed, drawers, and a desk Boring stuff about me: - I'm 22 (would love to live with people around my age) - Work 2 part time jobs - between both my hours tend to be full time - Currently deciding whether to pursue postgrad study or to work full time (decisions are hard) - Always pay rent and bills on time - Good communicator - Consistent cleaner and tidier - Committed to staying long term in the right place - Not a ghost - i.e. you will see me in and around the house often - Love animals so if you have a pet it's a bonus for me! (Hopefully) Less boring stuff about me: - Will be there for you to edit your essay/love letter - Will share hilarious memes with you whether you like it or not - Will make sure you are consulted when ordering uber eats - Can contribute x2 house plants - Will never judge you when you make bad choices (e.g. watching house hunters all day) Would love to hear from you if you think we'd get along :)
Georgie: I'm studying at RMIT full-time doing mechanical engineering. I've just started working casually. I'm never really to sure how to describe myself. I like to think that I'm easy to get along with. Since I'm still new to melbourne (moved over from perth a month ago) I'm still trying to establish myself here. I'm pretty laid back, like to keep things relaxed although I like going out over the weekend. I have a 9 week old black lab named Apollo, I haven't been able to pick her up yet since I'm still trying to break my current lease.
I'm a relaxed and clean girl who is very quiet and respectful. I work full time as an analytics consultant in Southbank. Working hour is normally 9 - 6, but often we have to stay late when required. Outside work, I go to the gym, hang out with my mates on the weekend (brunch, board game, escape room, badminton, movies etc.). I enjoy my own time, love sleeping in, watch movies/TV shows, cooking (making biscuits, dumplings). But I'm also keen for a chat or dinner together when we are both at home. Move in date must be before 17 August. I should be able to stay for at least 1 year. Furniture is flexible. Budget is $300 within free tram zone but $250 outside the free tram zone. I don't have a car with me so being close to public transport and groceries is important. I have a lovely 1year-old indoor cat that I want to bring with me if possible. She uses the litter box regularly and very human-friendly. She can pretty much look after herslef. If you have a place available, please feel free to message me. Look forward to hearing from you!
Hi! I am Frida, a Swedish exchange student studying gender and human rights. I am easy going, up for a glass of wine anytime and a great house mate. I’ve stayed in share houses before, and oh, I know how to clean! So whenever it’s my cleaning week, you’re going to be amazed. I don't smoke, but do not bother if you do, love pets, but don't have any of my own. I would prefer to move in to a furnished home, while I will only stay for this semester. The fun about me, I love pasta, cats, feminism, Netflix and red wine. I love to hang out with my housemates but is still very careful with my own space, and of course respectful to your own space. I would love to meet up with you to have a look at the room and to have a chat with you. Hope to hear from you soon, Frida Bolin
Hi! My name is Guillaume and I am 22. I just arrived fresh from Belgium (Europe), to take part to my exchange program at the Melbourne Uni. I am currently studying in 1st Master Electromechanical Engineering. I will studying at Uni for one semester. I am open-minded guy who likes chilling and go out occasionally. I think that I am also pretty easy-going. I am curious and eager to learn more about autralian life. Hobbys : - Scout leader - Late member of Junior enterprise. - Like dancing Cheers !
Looking for a new place to stay during my exchange, starting around mid-august! About me: Small town French Canadian early retired sexologist 28-year-old gay law student based in Montreal. I’m responsible, organized, and respectful of people’s space. Having been a counselor for a while, I don’t shy away from real talks and good connections. I also like to go out and dance from time to time. Oh, and I like biking and volleyball. Kind of household: I am quite sociable and I hope to spend some time with my new roommates. However, I kinda like/need my sleep and privacy, so I don’t think a busy or party house would be the best fit. Animals = sure. People around my age = yas. Quick witted spirits = damn right. Gardening extraordinaires = yes please. Hit me up, Brenda!
Hi all, I will be moving to Melbourne at the end of August to start a new job in the cbd. I am friendly, respectful and outgoing. Very social but respect the privacy of everyone at home. Hiking and travelling is my passion. Been living in Oz land (Adelaide) since '12 and looking forward to spend a few more. I can provide you details of my current and previous mates if you need some more info. Interested in teamups too so let me know if we can move forward together. Any questions hit me up x
We are full time workers from Germany living in Melbourne since 2015 and are looking for a new flat to share. In the remaining time we stay in Australia(til next May) we wanted to spend our time in a cozy/clean shared atmosphere, so i was hoping you might give us a chance to consider us as new flatmates. We like to catch up with friends for dinner. During the weekends we often go hiking or we are on camping trips in the surrounding national parks. But, we are more than happy to socialize with our flatemates.
Hi! I am a University of Melbourne student from Malaysia. I will be starting my first year of Bachelor of Science degree on the 24th of July. However I will be arriving Melbourne before the 24th and would like to move in a place as soon as possible. I find it lowkey weird that I am saying all these nice things about myself but here you go. I feel like I adapt very well to the environment I am in. If my flatmates are chatty I'll have a chat and if they are quiet I'll be quiet too. I would say that my tidiness level is above average; which means I will always clean after myself but I will never start an argument over a tiny mess. Lastly, but most importantly, I am very open minded. I do not tolerate ignorance and any kind of hate towards any group of people. If you would like to know anything more about how I am as a flatmate, feel free to message me! Cheers!
German Masters student at the University of Melbourne, into sports, reading, going out to restaurants, bars, cinema, museums and hanging out with friends. Clean and tidy and looking for the same.
Hi, I'm Hansine, 21 years, I'm a Human Rights Law Student on exchange in Melbourne so I have a pretty flexible schedule. During the week, uni will be my top-priority, but socialising, trying new things and getting lost in a good book are also up there. I'd love to share a glass of wine or the like and a chat with a potential roommate(s) every now and then, but private space is equally important. Staying healthy and active is important to me, but I'm not preachy!
