I've just moved to Melbourne and looking for a place to call home, not a house to live in. I'm friendly, bubbly, energetic and enjoy having fun with friends. I'm tidy and respectful of others personal space. I love exercising and looking forward to exploring the sites and culinary delights of Melbourne on weekends, as I work full time Monday to Friday in Sales.
Hi! My name is Hyung. Looking for an accommodation preferably on Sydney rd or within 20 minutes from the CBD, from late June to 20th of November! I am 19, studying Pharmacy at Monash University Parkville. I’m a chill, easy going fella who likes to keep things clean and quite. I am a responsible human being who can clean up after oneself, and I respect other people so it is unlikely that you will get into a fight with me. I will be out 4 days a week and come back in the afternoon, but I do enjoy chatting every now and then. I play baseball and alike every ball player, I'm always up for a bottle of beer(or bottles, either way). In terms of pets, I LOVE CATS, but I also like dogs as well. Please get in touch if you are interested! Cheers Preferred move in date: 4/7/2018 Move out date: 21/11/2018
I’m great company with flexible easy- going attitude. Work full time in the city so will be home in the evenings most nights. Love the arts and enjoy live music and the theatre. I also love to cook and would love some company over dinner for a chat or even watch a movie with some wine :-) I love animals and happy to live with one. I’m neat and tidy and quite enjoy cleaning. Looking forward to sharing with a few great people!
Well, I am friendly and sociable, I keep clean and I am not much of a party animal. I love cooking, sports, (other peoples) pets, music, books, travelling and I am just in love with life. I am naturally curious, I study culture and literature and I am coming to Melbourne as an exchange student. I am originally from Estonia, but I live currently in Amsterdam. I have previously also lived in India and Germany, and done a bit of travelling. I am very open minded, very curious to meet new people and experience new cultures. As a roommate you will find me to be organized, tidy and responsible and very easy to live with. Even if temporary, I think of whatever space I happen to rent, whatever city I happen to live in at any given moment, as home. The space around me is important to me :) and I aspire to treat it with love and respect. What I like to do for fun - I love music, live concerts, festivals, cultural events, spending time in nature, hiking, biking, running, barbecues and beers, books and reading, and cooking!
I'm a very friendly, outgoing guy. I'm from Mexico, and I just finished my studies at Melbourne Uni and will be starting a new job next week based in the city. I'm looking for a place close to the city. I plan to use my bike as my transport. I like technology, movies, music, singing, Mexican food and good company over a drink of tequila. You'd love having me in your house cause I'll cook you up some tasty tacos!
Hi there, I'm Beth. I'm 29, I immigrated from Cape Town about a year ago and have just moved to Melbourne! I'm the creative type, having worked as a graphic designer and makeup artist, I enjoy all things artsy, but I am also keen on social sports and keeping active(ish). I have a love of RuPaul's Drag Race, music and movies of all varieties and of course, dogs. I'm mostly a chatty introvert, but enjoy a good shindig every now and then. I'm tidy and enjoy cleaning far more than I do cooking, God knows why, but I'm relaxed and easy-going about cleanliness. I value my privacy, but very much enjoy watching a movie and hanging out over the weekend. A mutually respectful and zen environment is all I need to live in.
Hi! I'm Sara, I'm a 31 years old doctor from Italy coming to Melbourne to do a period of my residency (in psychiatry) abroad. I'll stay in Melbourne up to six months and I'll mostly study and work through the week but still enjoy a few drinks and a laugh in my spare time!
I’m a 23 year old beachy girl who’s recently moved to the city. I’m working full time Monday to Friday and aim to spend my time off exploring this insane city or spending time working on things that benefit my life in some way, sometimes that’s just gotta be down time. I like to believe that I’m very open minded and a very positive person. My perfect house would be described I guess as a tidy but not uptight environment.
Hi! I’m Gemma, and I’m a first year, full-time student at Melbourne Uni looking to live near the CBD by Semester 2 or next year - I’m friendly, clean/tidy, and very easy-going - I’m from Cairns and am new to Melbourne, so I would love to meet new people! - I have a part time job, and worked almost full-time hours when I finished school, so I’ll be reliable with rent - I’m 17 but will be 18 by the time I move - Studying a Bachelor of Arts - Ideally, it would be great to have roommates that I could call friends in a homely place - I’m always up for a chat, movie or a few beers but also like to recharge by being alone in my room for a bit - Will be at uni and work most of the time If I sound compatible with you, feel free to message me! 😇
Hey, future bestie! I'm an international student at the University of Melbourne, with major in Construction Management. Pure Armenian raised in Russia. Have lots of cultural backgrounds to share! Passionate about languages, now speaking English, Armenian, Russian and currently learning Spanish. My life goal is to speak 10 different ones. I consider myself as mature, hard-working person. Always clean up everything after myself and respect others. I believe that my freeness end where another persons begin. I am easy going and positive, with high hygiene standard. I love European food, exceptionally crazy about Italian... mmm... lip-smacking! Recently fell in love with the Indian and Chinese kitchen as well. Also, I could sell my soul for a good apple cider or vine, not an alcoholic though:) Oh, btw, I have an awesome red motorbike, so grab a helmet and hop on the bike for a windy race! If you've read till this point and think that we share common values and interests, I would be happy to share living space with you! I'm looking for a place for at least 6 months or more (1 year or more). Feel free to drop a message!
Hello! My name is Elena. I work full-time in university admissions during the week. I also work as a casual exam invigilator on the weekends. I am currently completing a course in CELTA and also study Spanish at RMIT part-time. My husband (Geovanny) will be staying with me until the end of July after which he has to return to Ecuador. I will be moving to Ecuador so looking for a place I can stay until the end of the year although no definite date is set yet. I enjoy cycling and reading. I am a lover of languages and of learning. When I have the time, I will cook a bit and sometimes bake as well. Don't mind a glass of wine every now and then. Happy to mingle but also quite happy to be left completely to my own devices. I do my best to keep things clean and tidy and am willing to work to a shared cleaning roster for shared spaces.
I’m a really busy but attentive person who considers others. I appreciate the value of good communication, empathy and positive vibes in a share house (and life). I’m a full time secondary teacher at a demanding private school and I’m also studying a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology Part time. I think the way to make a positive environment and happy home is to invest time in developing relationships that are built on respect, understanding and kindness. It’s good to have a balance of separateness and collectiveness.

Hey potential flatmates! I'm coming to University of Melbourne on exchange from University of Toronto. I will be arriving in Melbourne mid July. I just finished my first year at Uni studying environmental and urban geography. I'm friendly, tidy, and respectful of others space and privacy. I am easy going and tend to go with the flow. I like cooking, baking and and trying new foods - I'm basically a foodie! I also love dessert, I'm pretty much addicted to chocolate haha! I enjoy working out, going to the beach and being outdoors. Canada doesn't get much sun so I'm definitely looking forward to some aussie sunshine. I love to travel and like hearing about other's traveling experiences. I've been to Australia a few times, mainly Perth and Sydney, and even did an exchange back in high school to Coffs Harbour, NSW. I haven't been to Melbourne yet so I look forward to going out and exploring the city! Feel free to message me if you are interested in having me as a new flatmate or doing a team up! Thanks!
Will join Melbourne as a student of University of Melbourne in July. Looking for a room with single bed option, no bunk beds (coz I'm kinda claustrophobic). An easy-going person and pretty friendly. Love a good chat but also respects personal space. Can't wait to meet my new roomies. See ya soon! :)
Hiiii my name is Lexi! I’m 19 and I work full-time as a receptionist in Moonee Ponds. I’m currently living in a share house in Niddrie but my housemates have decided to move out with their boyfriends so we won’t be renewing the lease. I am not around much in the day time but love to relax and watch some Netflix at night accompanied by a cup of tea! I do also have a 2 year old black cat Binky who is so beautiful and full of love. Contact me if you think I’d be a great fit for your home or if you have any questions.
***SHORT-TERM ONLY, Ideally 21/06-29/07 I'm Adrian, 22, an international student from Mexico trying to enjoy the most out of good-ol' Melbourne since 4 months ago. I'm currently taking a major in Psychology at UniofMelb, and am working part-time in a cafe in South Yarra. I consider myself to be a soft-spoken, polite, and friendly guy. I enjoy hanging out with people and creating the best memories as I'm an easygoing dude. Hygiene is something really important to me, so you can rely I won't ever leave a mess behind (and I'll expect you not to as well). Keeping a sense of harmony and balance in my life is something I look up to. I like having fun out (read: out) with mates, having some drinks and whatnot, but I also love having lazy days doing nothing but watching Steven Universe or whatever is trending on Netflix. I'm into fitness and healthy living, socio-politics, and traveling (but seriously who isn't into traveling nowadays?). Cheers!
I'm very tidy and I love living in clean places. I'm very friendly and just love meeting new people.
