Lara and Kasandra

We are a quiet, respectful and polite family of three. Kasandra and I are two working females, and our son, Tyrus, is 11 years old. We are seeking a stable, safe home and would make great flatmates.

We take pride in keeping our own areas clean and tidy and we have a lot of respect for shared spaces, house rules and everyone’s privacy. Tyrus is respectful and has a regular school and sporting routine, so we value a calm, family-friendly household.

We are easy-going, friendly and social people, while also understanding the importance of giving others their space. We are hospitable and enjoy cooking and sharing meals.

We are honest, reliable and responsible tenants. Rent will always be a priority and paid on time and we would promptly report any maintenance issues, small or large, so they can be addressed before becoming more costly. We communicate respectfully, look after the home as if it were our own, and are looking for somewhere we can settle in and contribute positively to the household.
