I’m currently looking to move out of home and thought to start off by room sharing as I have never rented before and think it would be a good way to get a feel for things. I’m a full time commercial/residential painter so work 5days a week and spend weekends with my fiancé, never do big parties and not a fan of going out clubbing as I’m very to myself. I make music as well so would need to be able to use my studio equipment (microphone, laptop, desk, chair, speakers). I do have a car as well so somewhere to park would be appreciated.
I can keep my area tidy and clutter free and always make sure I clean up after myself.
