Hi, I'm wondering if anyone on here has a spare room in a house or office, and would like to rent it out for a bit of extra income?

I'm a psychologist looking to rent either a spare bedroom/office/lounge room, that I can use as my office space. I’d pay the same full rent as a house mate, but only usually be there from around 9am-5pm weekdays. This would suit someone who goes to work during weekdays. It would need to be somewhere that is large enough so that I could fit in two couches and have meetings (I can supply the couches, or use yours, whichever you prefer).

I'm very tidy and easy going, into yoga and living a relaxed lifestyle. I’m just looking for somewhere non-smoking and tidy, with no dogs, that is quiet during the daytime. Let me know if it might work well for you and we can have a chat about it. Happy to move in any time.
