Thank you for taking the time to consider my application.

My name is Cheyenne , I am 28 years old.
I'm currently renting in Park Holme, since persuing Coaching opportunities and moving from Pt Lincoln where I had a long-term rental.
Prior that I was living abroad at Canada, in shared accomadation with international residents at the Ski Resort where I was employed.
I have resideded at my current home in Park Holme home for the last 2 years with my housemate, paying $400 per week in this tenancy.

I work with Drakes Supermarkets on a income averaging $795 per week.
I have been employed with this company for over 12 years in varying roles taking opportunities to learn and grow, most recently attending to the Dairy Management duties.

When I'm not busy working with Drakes I'm coaching the juniors at Calistentics.
I've been training and competeing in Calestenics for 26 years, it has been a life long passion and commitment. I love competing and mentorship, helping support and develop youth is another passion having been a Youth Group Mentor since teenhood.
I also like to spend my time getting lost in a good video game and guideing my peers as an established online streamer, and working at gaming conventions.

I'm an extremely house proud person, I'm respectful of others.
I enjoy my peace and quiet, I like cooking, and learning, working towards my study to further my coaching accreditations and keeping a clean and tidy home.

I understand the responsibilities of being a reliable tenant having previously maintained another rental property in my hometown, renewing the lease over some years.
I look forward to going into another rental agrement working with a propety manager to maintain a
home as i have done with my previous two rentals.
