Hi, looking for a room to rent, or to team up with someone to find a rental together. I’m clean, responsible, and always do my fair share of household chores. I value clear communication and prefer to know expectations upfront, so everyone can enjoy a balanced and harmonious living environment.

About Me:

I pay all my bills on time and have never had an issue.

I’m social and happy to hang out, game, or watch TV, but I also respect privacy and personal space—no intruding or overstepping and I expect the same.

I’m direct and prefer to address any issues immediately to avoid ongoing problems or misunderstandings.

I’m not into drama and want a peaceful, drama-free home that is tidy and clean.

I don’t smoke, do drugs, gamble, or drink excessively.

I don’t have children, pets, or a partner, but I’m open to living with people who have pets—just no kids.

What I’m Bringing:

Queen bed, mini freezer, TV, drawers.

Some tools and outdoor gear (fishing, camping, boxes) that will need about 1/4 of a garden shed (I have 2x shelves for storage).

A car.

Living Preferences:

I want to share communal spaces respectfully—everyone should have their own shelf/drawer in shared areas.

I don’t take food as I buy my own and don't share mine and I’d appreciate the same courtesy.

I’m not interested in a situation where I’m expected to keep all my belongings in my room and never use the rest of the house. I want everyone to feel at home in the shared spaces.

Health, fitness, camping, engineering, outdoor activities, gaming, cars, music, banter, and spontaneous fun.
