Hey I’m Joel, 23 — I run a small creative agency and work in marketing full time, mostly from the office but sometimes from home. Outside of work, I’m into film making, music, gym, travel, and a good night out (or a chilled one too). Life can get busy but I’m always up for a chat, sharing a meal, or throwing on something to watch with housemates.

I’ve lived out of home before and I’m big on keeping shared spaces clean and respecting people’s stuff. Would love to live somewhere that actually feels like a home not just people co-existing. Super open-minded about who I live with as long as there’s mutual respect and decent vibes.
