Hello there,
My name is Jamie and I'm 22 years old.
I’m looking for a space to rent for just myself this June.
I'm more than happy to be in a share house.

My needs:
- 1 bedroom and bathroom with access to a basic shared kitchen.
- Nearby to the shops with close proximity to the TAFE Mooloolaba campus.

I am looking for a space that is peaceful, clean and accommodating for me to live in a stress-free environment - ideally where I feel like I fit in and gel with others living around me.

I will be working part time and studying part time.

As someone who has lived independently in other rentals, I'd say I am a very easy-going person. - Socially outgoing, respectful and considerate but I also value my privacy at times.
When it comes to how I live, I am clean and don't cause any troubles.
I love to live an active healthy lifestyle, and I don’t smoke or drink and don't party often.
