My partner and I are currently looking for a long-term whole property rental around the Western Sydney area. We’re ideally searching for a house with a secure fenced yard and are open to teaming up with others to split rent and find something suitable together.

We both value a clean, respectful, and relaxed home environment and are looking for people who are similar. We’re easygoing, responsible, and reliable with rent/bills.

We also have an 8-month-old Staffy x Akita named Stripe. He’s a very friendly, social dog who loves both people and other dogs. He’s fully potty trained, mostly an indoor dog, and not destructive. As he’s still a puppy, he does have a lot of energy and can get overly excited when meeting people or dogs, but we’re actively working on his training and impulse control.

We’re hoping to find something stable for the long term and would love to connect with like-minded people who are also looking for a comfortable and friendly home environment
