Hi, I’m Kimberly! 👋

I’m 30 and currently living in Beldon while studying full-time at North Metro TAFE Joondalup. I’m looking for somewhere that feels like home for the next 6–12 months, ideally moving within the next month.

I’m hoping to find a private room in a relaxed, friendly and respectful share house, preferably around Joondalup or Perth’s northern suburbs.

My maximum budget is $300 per week, including all bills.

Ideally, I’m looking for:

* My own ensuite/private bathroom 🚿
* A furnished room if possible
* Enough space and privacy to study 📚
* Safe street parking or a car space 🚗

A little about me! I’m friendly, bubbly, clean, respectful, fitness-focused and drug-free. I love a good laugh, a kitchen chat and being social, but I’m also independent and really value my downtime and personal space.

I’ve lived in share houses before and am reliable with rent and bills. I also own an investment property, so I understand the importance of respecting and looking after someone’s home.

I have an overseas adventure planned from mid-December to mid-January, but I’ll be returning to Perth to continue my studies!
