Hi, I’m Kimberly 👋

I’m currently living in Perth and looking to move into a place around mid August as I’ll be starting study at North Metro TAFE Joondalup.

Ideally I’m looking for a private room in a relaxed and easygoing share house, within around 30 minutes of the campus. My budget is up to $250 per week including bills, as I’ll be starting TAFE and won’t have a huge income initially.

I’m especially looking for:
• A furnished room if possible (not essential)
• Enough space/privacy to study in my room 📚
• Safe street parking or a car space
• A signed lease agreement

A bit about me: I’m 29, clean, respectful, fitness-focused, drug-free, and social but independent. I’ve lived in share houses before, so I understand respecting people’s space, keeping things tidy, and being reliable with rent and bills. I enjoy a good kitchen chat but also value downtime and personal space.
