Hi, I work for an Audio Visual company here in Melbourne. I’ve been at The MCG for the past 10 months and I’m now moving to a new venue. I'll be working at the Crown mainly so looking for something within walking distance or with easy tram access (Southbank preferred). I have a wife and daughter who still reside on the QLD-NSW boarder and travel out of the country for a large portion of the year for my wife's work. I try and get over to see them every 4-6 weeks when they are home. I'm looking to find a place with my own bathroom, a place to rest in between my busy work schedule, no partying, clean and tidy and have lived in many share homes so I respect and understand the dynamics of shared living. A gym and sauna or spa would be an amazing health benefit for my busy life (to not need to have a membership elsewhere). I've put 12 months stay, as you have to choose something and if its a good fit I’d be happy to stay on, but I’m also very flexible. So take it one step at a time.... (I'm a light casual smoker, never in the house and very respectful of non-smokers, my wife doesn't smoke so I understand).
I’ve just found out I need to move from the apartment I’ve been living in (being sold and lease holder has put in notice) so looking to move ASAP.
