I am a respectful, clean, and easy-going person who values a comfortable and positive living environment. As a JCU student, I understand the importance of balancing study and personal space, so I am mindful of noise levels and shared responsibilities. I have lived in UniLodge John Grey Hall for nearly two years, which has helped me develop good habits around cleanliness, communication, and respecting others’ routines.
I am also friendly and approachable, but I respect boundaries and personal space. I believe in open communication to avoid misunderstandings and to maintain a harmonious household. Overall, I am reliable, cooperative, and considerate, which makes me easy to live with.
