I’m a 28-year-old Kiwi working full time in the CBD, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally, so being close to public transport is important to me.

I’m clean, tidy and respectful, and I really value a home where everyone contributes and looks after the space. I own my own home in Morley, but I’m looking to move out and rent it, so I’m now searching for a place to call home myself.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at Pilates, catching up with friends over brunch or dinner, exploring Perth, going for walks or trying somewhere new. I’m social and love a friendly chat and occasionally go out with my friends and always extend the invite.

I’m looking for a share house with like-minded people who enjoy having a welcoming, comfortable home, not just somewhere to sleep. It would be great to find housemates who are happy to occasionally share a meal, watch a movie or have a drink together, while still respecting each other’s space and independence.

I would prefer to team up with someone to find a place together. I have enough quality furniture and household items to fully furnish a two-bedroom home, so I’d love to create a space that feels like home from day one.
