My name is Michael, I’m 37 years old, and I’ve been living in Australia for the past 4 years. I’m currently looking for a room, studio, or granny flat to rent from 28.08.

I’m a friendly, respectful and easygoing person who values a clean, calm and positive home environment. I work full-time (currently in carpentry, with a background in finance) and I’m also studying Project Management.

I’m also a dog lover 🐶

In my free time, I stay active — I go to the gym about 4 times a week, enjoy running, and I’m currently learning how to surf. I really enjoy the ocean lifestyle, sunrise coffee, and spending time outdoors.

I’m a non-smoker, responsible with bills and shared spaces, and I keep things tidy and organised. I also enjoy socialising with flatmates, but I equally respect personal space and quiet time.

What I’m looking for:

Ideally, I’m looking for a clean and comfortable place with friendly and respectful housemates. A shared house or apartment would be perfect, but I’m also open to a studio or granny flat.

Location close to the beach or ocean would be a big bonus, as I love being near the water.
