Looking for Greenslopes location🙏🏽

Hi, my name is Cozzy!
I work full-time in the operating theatres at a hospital, mostly doing late shifts, though I’ll soon be rostered for a mix of day and night shifts. I’m passionate about my job, typically finishing around 8:30pm - 10:30pm or later depending on the cases and staffing needs. So during the week you won’t see much of me. I’m looking for long-term accommodation (12 months and longer) where I can settle down without the hassle of frequent moves. I have my own bed and a set of chested drawers however will need wardrobe space for clothes to hang up. Will require a lockable garage/shed for my motorbike and detailing set up.

Cleanliness and organisation are very important to me. I have OCD and like to keep my space neat and tidy. I’m also a bit of a germaphobe (manageable), so I prefer things to be wiped down and kept spotless. I cook meal preps once every 2-4 weeks and always clean up immediately, even if it’s just a cup or spoon.
While I enjoy routines and structure, I do socialize from time to time but keep to myself due to the hours that work. Fitness is a big part of my life due to my job and personal goals. Overall, I’m a quiet, clean person who values a peaceful and well maintained living space.
