Hi, my name is Cozzy.

I work full-time in a hospital operating theatre with long shifts and early starts (often from around 5am), so sleep, routine, and a calm home environment are very important to me.

I am only looking in the Greenslopes area and am in no rush to move. I’m looking for the right long-term place (12 months+) where I can settle without frequent relocations. The closer to Greenslopes Hospital, the better.

I’m reliable, respectful, and very clean. I clean up immediately after myself and expect shared areas to be kept tidy. I’m looking for a genuinely clean and considerate housemate who respects quiet time, especially at night.

I’m quite introverted and usually keep to myself. I value a peaceful home and prefer somewhere that isn’t treated like a hotel with constant visitors.

I also need access to a secure, lockable garage for my motorbike and small detailing setup.

Overall, I’m a calm, responsible, and low-maintenance person who values a clean, quiet, and stable home.
