Hi im Ben! I’ve lived out of home since 17 with 9 years of impeccable rental history (moved out at a very young age with mates from country WA to go study at Uni!) - I’m able to provide references from landlords, roommates and real estate agents

I like to enjoy my own space but love to share a meal or have drinks with roommates too. I love to cook for roommates every now and then, am clean, respectful, loves a good beer and AFL / cricket.
