Hi, I’m a 27-year-old Chinese woman looking for a room to rent.

I live with my 10-month-old son, who is an Australian and stays with me full-time. He is a very calm and well-settled baby. During the day, I usually take him out, and at night he sleeps very well and quietly. He rarely cries and enjoys playing independently most of the time.

We are very clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. I always pay rent on time and value a peaceful living environment. I cook very little, have minimal belongings, and prefer a simple, minimalist lifestyle.

We are friendly, considerate, and happy to maintain a positive and respectful with other people.
