I’m a very responsible, clean and quiet tenant. I have references from previous real estates to confirm this, including that my dog is well behaved and has never caused property damage. She is a small almost 9 year old mini foxy named Luna. She is house trained and has always been an indoor dog. I am looking for a longer term rental if it is available. I am taking a break from work currently and have financial support to do so.
I am also needing a property with a secure yard due to having a dog.
I require a landlord though that respects tenancy laws particularly privacy laws. I am happy to be flexible with a good relationship but have had some bad experiences lately with this.
